Thank you Brian I did manage to find the solution to this. to convert the time from epoch time to human readable time I put the epoch time in the 1st column then format the cell to date (right click format/date) put this formula =(A1/86400)+25569 into B1 and hit enter, with a list of epoch times in the 1st column just double click the fill hand to repeat the formula for the entire list. To convert human readable time to epoch time do the opposite using this formula =(A1-25569)*86400

I am wondering how you can change this to make it a logical date for entering into the db. I want to set dates for my specials this will need to be done it db due to the number I need to enter. I can't do it in a consecutive date using xcell when the time stamp does not seem to follow a sequencial order.

running cc4. I need to be able to get my specials to show as on special when the special price is 0.00. I give away a free product each day and this price needs ot be in the special box so that I can use cc3.biz mod to add the date. Can someone please help me? Alice.

I have not checked back to this thread for a while. I see I have some answers. Al, I have updated the moneybookers component to the 4.4.4 update but not the rest of the site. I am a bit reticent to do the full update until I have time to redo all of my mods. Milos has just spent days integrating my cc with buddypress. so at this stage prefer not to play with it. If I need to update any of the other files to get it working that might be an option. I will put in a support ticket. (but not today it is my birthday, and I am going out to celebrate) Moneybookers. my email address is [email protected]. and my website is http://www.eembroiderydesigns.com. I have lodged support tickets and the last reply I had was some time ago saying that it was being handed over to some other department to try and work out what is happening. I would dearly love to get this working on my site, it is a really good option for people not wanting to use paypal. Alice.

cc has disabled the order acknowledgement-email with the lates cc versions Ha Ha, this is truly funny. I used to think that all of the emails sent to customers were annoying, but now I realize that due to differences in processing my order depending on the payment method, I really need that order confirmation email to be sent with all the relevant info. Can I enable it again? Alice.

I am going out of my mind with moneybookers. I try to enable it and it says it is not enabled in the admin but it is an option on the website so I can't turn it off. When customers choose that as a payment option the order has to be processed manually, which means my customers could wait hours for their download links. I can't turn it off because according to my admin it is not turned on. I have sent them several emails and the responses take forever then they keep asking me for screenshots which I send. The last email was weeks ago when they told me they were handing the problem over to tech support becuase they could not work out what was going on. This is very frustrating because customers get frustrated when they pay there money and don't get what they have paid for. I am thinking of deleting the money booker files out all together to see if that just gets rid of it. It is a real shame because it is so much cheaper than paypal.

I have searched for a solution and can't find one. I want to use php list because I need to be able to throttle my mail outs. but I cant find a mod that will link to my cubecart customers I have seen that cc3biz is supposed to have a mod that will do exactly what I want (phplist bridge) but I can't find it there. Does anyone know of a mod or a hack that will do this? Alice.

I am having exactly the same problem running 4.4.3 there need to be a solution found. I have no idea how many customers I am losing due to this issue. and I am sick of the blame shifting that goes on when asking for support. "check with your skin developer" "disable ssl". " we can't work out what the problem is if we can't replicate it". for god sake guys this is a problem, find the solution.

Yep don't trust it. I am running 4.4.3 and I am getting this issue. I have lodged a support ticket and I was told to turn off ssl. I have done that and customers are still having problems. This only happens to some customers and I have no way of knowing how many people have just given up and decided never to return to my store. There needs to be a solution to this, it is ridiculous.

I am having this problem and it is getting right on my last nerve, I have had at least 10 customers contact me in the last 48 hours and say they cannot add to there basket and I have to email them with instructions on how to clear their cache in their browser. Why should they? the cart should work. I am running 4.4.3 everything is up to date. I have sent a support ticket and been advised that they can't help if they can't replicate the problem. I have spent many hours reading the forums and all I get is confused. My customers are mostly older women and some of them are terrified to fiddle with settings in there computers so I can't keep telling them to do stuff they are not comfortable with. And what about the ones that just go away and don't bother, they no doubt make a mental note never to return to my website. This is just ridiculous and needs to be fixed. If my configurations are somehow wrong how do I work out how to fix them. I was looking at cubecart 5 and considering upgrading when it gets here but I doubt I will be forking out any more of my money on cubecart if I can't get what I have already paid for to work as it should.

I realise this is a very old post and I am running a much more up to date version of CC4, however, I have followed the instruction here and it was very easy and worked perfectly except that it is only running 7 images on the slideshow for the product, I sell designs in sets of 10 or 12 and really need it to show that many images, is there a more current solution? I would like to integrate a wordpress blog into my cubecart site, but I can't get it to install into a folder/directory on my website. I have created a folder and installed wordpress using fantastico but it says there is redirect loop. I can create an addon domain but that is not really what I want to do. I want it to be www:mysite.com/wordpress can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I have been able to install phpbb in a folder in the past shouldn't it work the same way?
