  1. I did receive an email. It shows 2 items, one looks totally normal and the other has no name, qty 1 and cost 0. The order details in the database only show the normal item. No sign of the ghost item at all. Many times when I see these orders come through, the qty is a larger number, like the customer tried to add the product over and over.
  2. I am in phpMyAdmin right now sorting to see if I have any products that are accidentally set to use stock level but I don't see anything. Problem is, I have 1,500 products so I would not even know where to start trying to figure out that the mystery product might be! This is all I see in order_inventory. I've sorted all of my columns in CubeCart_inventory to see if I have an oddball but I don't see anything different.
  3. Hmm, interesting. I don't use stock levels because my items are all digital so all of my stock levels are at 0.
  4. First, I could have sworn I saw this same issue and a solution but I've been combing the forum for a while and can't locate it. I have the occasional order that gets stuck in pending status. I noticed in the order inventory that the item info is totally missing and just says NULL. Many times there are multiples of this item, as if the customer hit "add to basket" over and over.   6. Thank you! I made the change to skin file but it doesn't look any different to me. Maybe because I have a huge monitor. Hopefully it will look different for the customers who were getting cut off. Speaking of the skin, is there a guide to the CSS file anywhere that tells me what to edit for which areas? I'm getting dizzy trying to figure what's what.
  7. Oops, OK, I misunderstood what my customers were saying. When they are zoomed, they can see the basket but the bottom of the popup is cut off so they can't figure out how to proceed to checkout. I'm using a modified Foundation Skin on www.lynniepinnie.com
  8. I'm having an issue with customers who have their browser view set to 125%, 150%, or higher. It's doesn't only enlarge the screen text but the whole screen so the basket icon on the top right is not visible. Anything I can do on my end other than reply to their messages with instructions on how to view the site at 100%? Ive had a lot of abandoned carts lately and I'm wondering if this is a factor.
  9. I had my site upgraded from CC4 to CC6 in October. After the update, I noted a lot of extra links in my customer test account so I ordered some custom coding work to clean up the database. At some point after the new database was uploaded, I started receiving a large number of messages from customers who were attempting to download old orders but getting a totally different product. I tried resetting the links but it still happens. I have been trying to get in touch with the person who did the work for us but he has not replied and I'm kind of worried that something is wrong because he's always been very reliable. Anyway, in desperation I looked at the downloads in the database and I noticed a LOT of duplicate access keys from before the update (shorter accesskeys). I'm not sure why they didn't cause a problem on the old site but on the new site, the duplicate download urls are all providing the customer with the file associated with the oldest order with the same link. Not only do I have upset customers but they are getting a free product that they didn't pay for and I'm drowning in emails. Is there a way to generate new download links? I should also mention I have over a million downloads so doing it manually is not the best option. I'm open to any options! Thanks!
  10. I have been having this issue off and on for over a year. It's gotten really bad as my shop has grown and I'm desperate for help!! I had to shut down my store One customer wil log in and another's account will show up. I sell digitial products so this allows a customer access to another customer's account, which is really bad for me, and it scares the customers because their names and addresses are being exposed (thankfully I do not store any financial info) not to mention the mess it makes on my end with mixed up orders. I have changed my session length to 3600, that didn't work. I restored my cc.sessions.php file to the original, that didn't work. I don't know what else to do. this is hurting my business. I am desperate for help! I have seen several other people post about this problem but no replies. When I check stats -> customers online I see some really long sessions, even after chnaging my session length in general settings.
  11. I sell digital products and all of a sudden they stopped working in Google Chrome. The downloads say "interrupted." Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? Thanks!
  12. I sell digital products and tonight something weird has been happening. One customer is placing and paying for an order yet it ends up on another customer's order history. Also some customers are logging in with their regular email/password but someone else's account opens. Any ideas? I've cleared the cache but don't know what else to do. Thanks in advance for any help.
