  1. Thank you. I think I am capable of placing that - /classes/sanitize.class.php. What is this fixing though, exactly? Obviously, I am not great with this stuff. I do not think I have any support at all - unless I pay. I purchased the cart in 2010 and it was always fine and I think I used about 1 support ticket in 7 years. I feel like these things pop up more often than I'd like now.
  2. I am using : Cubecart - 6.1.7 Paypal Standard Payment Gateway - v1.0.8 I have a skin that I purchased, and not being very savvy, I am reluctant to update anything. I have had critical issues with this since I updated from a version 4 last year, and literally the income from my site would not cover the support fees.
  3. I have just had a query from a customer asking about a recaptcha issue which I think I have fixed by selecting Invisible Recaptcha. Doing this I was able to process a sale. But when I finished with paypal and selected the option to go back to the website, I got the following warning - image attached - and noticed that the item was still in my cart, appearing not to have been purchased/sale completed. I have had a couple of people query this with me, but I do get the order and the $$ in paypal, so I haven't taken much notice - I probably should have. I had an initial issue when my store was upgraded in that it wasn't set up properly with paypal (the upgrade was done by cubecart and seemed to be rectified by them also, months later when I flagged it with them ). Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Is there a reason why the transaction does not go through to "Complete" status on the user end when coming back to my site from Paypal? I am NOT good with anything technical, but if I have very specific instructions I can usually figure it out. If it's not too complicated :). Thanks in advance. Sarah
  4. Hi Keat and BSmither, That's weird that it worked for you. I just tried it and it worked for me too!! What a relief! I guess I don't need to do anything about the errors now then. Interestingly I had Cubecart Support install the upgrade to V6 and I do recall Al mentioning something about staging - anyhow, I guess I don't need to worry for now. Best I check it on a regular basis though. I appreciate your help - both of you. Sarah

  6. ok. So it is in Live, not Sandbox mode. I tried the next step you suggested but I have no idea how to interpret the code it's output - and there's a lot of it. Do you want me to post here?
  7. Where do I find this? the PHP error logs? The module confirguration is correct
  8. I know very little about cubecart and upgraded in May 2017 and have not had a sale since (I didn't really have a busy store anyway). But today a customer alerted me to an issue with connecting to paypal. Having tried to check out my self I keep getting an error message: www.sewmaterialistic.com.au is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 I know this is a vague error but hoping someone can help as I'm not really in a position to pay for help. I have tried upgrading the paypal extension which has been successful but it has not fixed the check out problem. I'm so lost.
  9. In cubecart V4, when I add images to my product to make an image gallery, the pictures are blurry and also a bit too big. Is there anyway I can fix this? See http://www.sewmaterialistic.com.au/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=3 Sarah
  10. I am selling fabric and want people to be able to buy 25cm or 50cm of fabric, not just 1 metre minimum. How can I change this? Or do I need to buy a mod? Thanks, Sarah
  11. Thanks for that. I actually just found the answer before your post. But thank youso much for your help. I'm sure I'll have other questions soon. Cheers, S
  12. Just new to cc and have noticed that when I have a parent category with nothing in it other than the sub-categories, it has a message at the bottom - "there are no products in this category". How do I get rid of this? Can I? Cheers, Sewer
