  1. Hi, I just upgraded my store to 5.2.7 and have noticed the following error when entering Card Capture Payment Gateway which is what we use and been using fine until upgrade. The is the following error that we receive via Card Capture Gateway: The following errors were detected: Mcrypt library missing from server required to encrypt credit card data! Can anyone please let me know why or how to go about this error if possible? I would really appreciate any further info that I can use to fix this error if anyone has any knowledge or awareness on said issue. I thank you again! Eddie

  3. Hi, I'm running 5.2.2 and using card capture. I aalso just discovered this same issue. A client made me aware of said issue, and when I checked, same problem here. The customer can't enter the four digit CVV, it only accepts three digit as the CVV code. Has anyone had a chance to look at this or found a fix yet? Thank you!
  4. Hi, I'm posting this error here to see if anyone can please provide me with some advise or help with this issue. I'm currently using the (card capture) payment module and all works fine via the full site in v5.2.2 version, but when clients try to checkout via the mobile version of the site, it gives them a white page on checkout and don't show the page to inter there card info on. So the order comes in as pending only. I would gladly appreciate anyone's advise or help with this issue. Thank you! Eddie

  6. Hello bsmither, Thank you very much, but the only problem right now, is that I have reverted back to 5.1.5. I don't have a 5.2.0 at the moment to try this on. I'm so tired of going back and fourth, that I just decided to leave it alone on 5.1.5 until an upgrade or fix was made. Maybe someone will give this a try, or maybe I can do a subdomain test store to try it at a later time since I'm currently in my store and don't have the time to do it at this moment.

Hi, I have already reverted back to 5.1.5, but I can answer these question for you as too my experience with the issue when on 5.2.0. * When viewing the database directly, the 'stock_level' column of the CubeCart_inventory table shows valid numbers? Yes * When viewing the admin screen Product Inventory, the 'Stock' column shows valid numbers? Yes * When editing an existing product, the Stock Level filed shows a valid number? Yes * In admin, Store Settings, Stock tab, set 'Show stock levels' to a green check. Then when viewing the product on the storefront, there is indication that the product is in stock or out of stock? Yes Everything seems correct, but as mentioned before, when on the site, all products show (out of stock). Now keep in mind that if you check green via the admin panel, (allow out of stock purchases) all stock will come back to in stock. As shopdev also concluded, the bug seems to be coming via: I believe this to be a bug in the latest CubeCart release. After disabling the Fusion plugin and all of its hooks, line 116 of the cubecart.class.php file still returns false for all products (whether they are in stock or not): $product['ctrl_stock'] = (!$product['use_stock_level'] || $GLOBALS['config']->get('config', 'basket_out_of_stock_purchase') || ($product['use_stock_level'] && $GLOBALS['catalogue']->getProductStock($product['product_id'], null, true))) ? true : false; Digging a little deeper... This line calls the Catalog::getProductStock() method, which is returning empty strings. I can therefore only conclude that this issue is not being caused by either the Vector theme or Fusion plugin.   8. Hi, yes this bug is still not fixed as of yet. and to KRS1, you will have to revert your version of cubecart back to 5.1.5 until this bug is fixed.

I just new that this had to be a bug since I had also last all day playing with this issue, and no matter what I tried, had the same result.   13. Hello Everyone, Just wanted to post the issue that I ran into today when upgrading from 5.1.5 to 5.2.0. After the upgrade, all of my items were set to (out of stock). I mean, I have thousands of products, and they were all set to (out of stock) after the upgrade. Now when I went to my admin panel and set the (allow out of stock purchases) set to accept. All products were back in stock. I contacted cubecart staff, and they looked into it with no luck on a fix. They claim to think that it may be my vector v5 template from shopdev, or a bug. I wrote to shopdev as well to make them aware of the problem, and haven't herd back yet, so let's see what happens on there reply. I really and sincerely don't think that this is caused by the vector v5 template since I had also switched back and forth to the cubecart standard templates to see if it had to do with a template or fusion issue, and the issue was the same. Then again, this is my personal opinion. Note: As mentioned before I have contacted cubecart staff, as well as shopdev. I'm only posting this here since there's lot's of us that play around with cubecart as I also do, and maybe anyone comes across this issue or can provide some info or help with this issue. I currently had to convert back to 5.1.5 just to avoid this issue, and will keep trying to get this resolved so that I can re upgrade since I'm looking forward, as much as lots of us to using the all in one shipping and more of the new features in 5.2.0. But I will give it a shot tomorrow and see if I can get bypass these sideboxs since I'm just looking to add some RSS links and image on them, nothing major. I thank you again buddy.

  16. Well guy's I really wish you all the best of luck with all these issues facing the V5. I just restored back to V4. I don't think that this V5 will ever be right as an upgrade, maybe a clean install, but not as an upgrade. I just give up, so many intense hours of fixing one thing, then to find something else broken. lol... It's like there's never an ending to the V5 issue's, maybe this V5 script was not really ready to put in live action, who knows. The bad part of it, it's not an easy task for someone like me who has thousands of products to start from scratch and maybe get lucky enough to get a good run out of V5 since even people with fresh start always seems to have some type of problem as well. I have been, and am a supporter of CC for so many years now, but I have to admit, that sometimes I just feel like running away to another shoppingcart script and all this mess.
  17. yes it is confirmed, every time I add the edited files, the site works fine, but the admin panel won't show the inside panel correctly, it only show a kind of small square box that seems to be searching, but can't find. Then when I restore back the files, admin panel goes back to working lol..
  18. Hi, Thank you very much bsmither, it worked like a charm. But I just noticed that my admin control panel won't show nothing besides the left panel links. I can get in, but it just shows a searching bar right in the box and section that's suppose to show the info in. Any ideas please? Thank you once again!
  19. Hi, I just upgraded my store from 4.7 to v5 and notice that none of the drop down menus on category's don't work for me either. I have also noticed that, let's say you are checking out, and on the drop down menu when entering any country zone, the second drop down menu that's supposed to give you the states for said country that you picked, does not work either. So I assume that anything that has to do with any drop down menus thru out the site won't work.

  22. Hi, yes I noticed the new open bug submission thanks. This bug is amazing, even when I try to change the thumbnail permission via ftp, even ftp gives me a denied error. I have to go via cpanel on server in order to set the new product thumbnail image to 0755. This is the third time that I have had to upgrade the script to 4.4.7, and have had to downgrade back to 4.4.3 to avoid this issue. Well I'm still here trying to play with it and see if it will work, if I get it to work somehow, will come back and post it.

  24. Hi, I have tried this new bug fix, but I'm still getting the thumbnails set to 363 when uploaded to product. Anything that I'm missing out on? Thank you!

Hi, I did some testing and the real problem and bug to this is, that when you upload an image to a product, the thumbnail images are being created as they should for said product, but the images are being uploaded with the wrong settings as Ausy has mentioned before. The thumbnail images are being created and are being set to CMOD 363 for some reason. Do CC ever test this upgrades? Well I downgraded to 4.4.3 in order to keep my store up and running. Would love to upgrade to 4.4.7, but guess going to have to wait for this bug to be fixed first. Please, if anyone ever hear of this bug being fix, please post. Thank you! Eddie
