  1. Even with recapture off, does same. No action when clicking on registratiom button. Nor in checkout. As mentioned before, only for new users. If logged in with a user account, all works 100%. Well besides these top left header codes that no one knows where it is coming from as of yet.
  2. Same here, but I know for a fact that new users can't register nor checkout on all site that I have upgraded too. Yes this is a problem since any new potential customer most likely are leaving fustrated as there not able to register nor checkout. No one is talking about this issue, so there's no way to know what is going on with said topic.
  3. Have you checked to make sure your new users can register or checkout? I would check since I'm having that issue where new users can't register nor checkout. The register button won't work, nor the checkout button. But only for new users, it' all works fine if your logged in to an account.
  4. I down graded too CC625 just to see, and still had it. So not to sure what's going on as far as when it started. But then again, i didn't realize it until yesterday when starting to troubleshoot my issue that I'm having with new users not being able to register for a new account nor checkout. Only for new users, it all works fine with logged in users.
  5. Hey there everyone. Just wondering if anyone has faced after upgrade to 6.2.8. New customers can't register nor checkout. Page shows and you can fill out all information and etc. , but when trying to click on register button nothing happens. You can login if account exsist, but can't register nor checkout for a new user. It's so weired that only "Register and Checkout" button seems to be the only issue, but only for new users. If your logged in to an account. Everything works as should with no problem. I thought it was a browser cache issue, but nothing after clearing cache. Tried several browsers and nothing. i tried clearing all caches from admin panel, and nothing. Also tried reverting back to a backup, and nothing, then re upgraded and still nothing. So here I am, trying my luck with anyone that has faced this issue or any advise or heads up on how to go about this issue. I thank anyone in advance for some heads up, and very well appreciated!   6. Hey there guys.. Yes this code is in every instalation of all the stores that I and my clients have after upgrade. Lasted all night up looking with no luck. Back now with a fresh mind to see if I can find it today.

  9. Not sure what you mean, is it some question marks and so that you can view at the very top of code?
  10. https://evmusicshop.com/register.html and also weired that you can click on it when you first land on the page without filling any info out, and it'll work and give you the please fill out all errors on all feilds. But when you actually fill out the page to then submit and register as a new user, that's when the button after clicking does nothing.

  13. Hey Moderator, thanks for the reply and help effort. But the first thing that I always check for correct settings are in the config.inc.php, admin_xxxx and admin.php and etc. There all correct and all match, that is why I simply don't undertand the error. I left it alone yesterday since I followed bsmither info and was able to get in to admin. I'll have to go back at it when possible and with a fresh mind to see if I can figure it out. I even down graded back to 6.1.5 about 10 times, and back up to 6.2.2 and still was getting error. And in both issues I was using well matched old and new databases to match the downgrade and upgrades, still had no luck as mentioned. Well as mentioned I gave up last night. Will try again with a fresh brain to see if I over looked anything which I dought. Thanks Again always, Eddie
  14. Hey bsmither, That actually worked thanks. I'm able to get in to admin atleast and until I can try to figure out what's causing this issue. Most likely I'll simply leave it along for today since I'm brain burnt from trying so many things in getting this error corrected. It's crazy that I can get it to work using the old admin files even doe it's upgraded to 6.2.2. I just have to get this figured out, but thanks again for the help always buddy. Thanks! Eddie
  15. I'm screwed just restored backup again and simply can't get in to admin panel with this error. My god this don't even make sense to me.   16. No luck as well. I just downgraded back to 6.1.5 and re upgraded to 6.2.2. And I can't get into admin panel at all.   17. Back to soon lol... I guess I spoke to soon as that only worked until I logged out from admin. So I changed the global.inc.php file back to old admin folder and everything working. I then went and in sted of changing the global.inc.php file, I actually uploaded the correct admin files and over rided the old admin files. And everything then went well, had all admin new features and clear cache showing on admin. But I couldn't change anything via admin panel without getting an error ** Security Alert: Possible Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). Please do not use multiple tabs/windows or the browser back button. Learn more.** on anything on admin changes, and also when trying to login to admin panel once signed out. End of story had to re upload the old admin folder and back to none new features on admin panel lol... I'm assuming that I will have to wait for another upgrade, and then simply upload the new admin files to the correct admin folder, then proceed and hope for luck because I've tried everything in the books to get this issue fixed and can't get pass for nothing in the world once everything is correct the error of (Security Alert: Possible Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).   18. Hey guy's thanks. Fixed as per bsmither suggestions. Changed the global.inc.php to point to the first admin file which had to correct new admin files, and worked. Thank you very much as always bsmither. Thank you! Eddie
  19. Hi, I have upgraded from 6.1.5 to 6.2.2 and everything is working as it should. All features are working but manually. Example once anything changed via admin panel, I would have to manually go to Maintenance and clear cache for changes to show. It's like everything and all new features are working but no new clear cache tab on admin panel, nor order status color and etc. I thought maybe upgrade failed and reverted to 6.1.5 and tried again. But I have now reverted to 6.1.5 and upgraded back to 6.2.2 about 10 times and all features seems to be working, but I can't get the clear cache tab to show on admin panel. I have to manually clear the cache. Has anyone faced this problem or have a fix? As mentioned I've have tried downgrading and re up grading about 10 times and still no luck in getting the clear cache tab on admin panel. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you! Eddie

  21. Hi, just noticed that when trying to add a manufacture via admin panel, you get error: /admin_xxxxxx/sources/products/manufacturerstab_manufacturers.inc.php - not found. There's no products folder in sources directory and therefore it can't find the php call file. I tried checking earlier version and no such file or directory found in the directory tree. I wonder if it's just a wrong directory call bug? Eddie

  23. Hi, I'm currently getting the following error's after upgrade The following errors were detected: Not enough memory to create thumbnail from `index.htm`. Please optimise this source image. Not enough memory to create thumbnail from `index.html`. Please optimise this source image. Not enough memory to create thumbnail from `index.php`. Please optimise this source image. I know these error are coming from the index.htm, index.html and index.php files that are located on most every directory which are 404 error message file, directory not not allowed error file and etc. I also know that if I remove these three files from the images directory's that's trying to create a thumbnail from them will fix error, but my concern is if the directory will be safe without them? Would appreciate any advise on this said issue if anyone has any knowledge on this error or is it a bug since never happened before. Thank you! Eddie
