  1. I've been using the Galaxy x skin for a few years now and it's a great looking skin. I'm trying to replace the images in the slider box. I'm using the cpanel file manager, navigating to: public_html/skins/galaxyx/images/examples folder and uploading the new image files. The new images are showing in the folder but the web site doesn't change, it still keeps the old images. Anyone have an idea of what I'm missing?
  2. Thanks that fixed the problem with the documents. Checking further in this issue I found that under the "store settings" , the offline tab and copyright tabs have a bunch of junk instead the icons in the box. I've tried the CTRL-F5 and a clearing the complete browser cache without success.
  3. After upgrading to v6.011 I can't edit any documents. On the Content tab I see no edit box only the "Edit Document" title and the "Save" and delete document on the page. Both the General and Search Engine tabs seem to be fine.
  4. I'm setting up a new web site with v6.0.1 and I'm getting the same error message with the CanadaPost pluggin: The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. I'm running cubecart 5.1.4 on another web site and I copied over the exact plugin settings. The error occurs always shows up even before and after the customer puts in an address. I called GoDaddy to open up port 30000 but they won't because it's a shared hosting. Anyone have an idea what's going on here?
  5. Thanks for the reply, I'm leaning towards setting up a complete different web site for my wholesale customers, might be easier to manage. Can you in CubeCart force customers to set up an account and have that account approved by me before they can see any prices? The idea here is that stores can see the wholesale prices after I've ensured that they do have a store. Regular retail customers should not be able to see what stores actually pay for the merchandise that they resell.
  6. Is it possible to have on a "Retail" web site a different category for "wholesale" or "trade" customers? These customers would have to log in and get approved as legitimate trade customers so they can view wholesale pricing. They also have to buy a minimum $ quantity to get this pricing. Anyone have a clue on how to accomplish this or is it even possible to do. Thanks in advance for any responses.
