Hi All When I have a customer pay via Paypal it automatically goes to Order Processing and manual credit card goes to Order Pending I want all order to go to Order Pending until I action them and and select processing, it gives the customer the wrong impression that its already processing when we have not even looked at it, Anyway around this ? Yes please, it would make for quicker response to our customers. I would desperately like an order Status of waiting for stock, with the Customer message as well

We use CC capture, after upgrading to 5.1.5 we now get under COURIER TRACKING NUMBER it states Card_Capture and under order details CC Details tab "View under SSL" We had no issues up until the upgrade ? Any one else have this, do we need to upgrade SSL ? We have also registered a ticket Andy

Everytime I upgrade my favicon disapears ! Any way to stop this ?

I had a similar problem. It was the image sizes were too large and exceeding the storage limits. I deleted som large photos and resaved them with much samller files, fixed the problems of missing images for me. Andy

We are now taking orders on the new 5.0.7 V5 Page. The cart does not calucualte the tax correctly. We have a GST of 10% on every item. I have checked the Tax settings as have the guys from a development house and all is fine. 2 issues I have The orders coming through the checkout at process stage the Tax and Freight calculations simply do not add up : As a real example this is an order below, the torch on the site is $ 44.50 INC GST But only shows the EX GST PRICE - I need it to be inc GST 1 x UKE 3aa Herculite LED Helmet Torch - LT-UKE-3AA ($40.45) $40.45 EX GST Subtotal:$40.45 Total Discount:$0.00 Shipping:$6.90 GST:$5.07 Total:$45.52 Then the second is the shopping basket shows ex gst prices as a buyer places items in there, it should show INC TAX prices as it gives the buyers a false price, who in there right mind is going to keep going back into the basket to see what the real total is before continung, it's supposed to be easy. There are so many threads on this, and I can not see a resolution or even a real answer on this, I have spent a huge amount of time and money moving to Cubecart, but am really regretting it at the moment and considering staying with Ezimerchant so I dont loose money on every transaction beacuse the amounts are wrong ! Somebody please help !!!

I got around a few shipping cost issues by using 2 methods, I use Aust Post for many items but due to Aust Post weight limitation, over say 20kg, the ship by weight function kicks in at this level, so here you select a strange weight for your products that you want free shipping under the ship by weight, ie: 25:0.0, so any item you select weight as being your selected number will generate a 0 cost in shipping. Maybe that will work A

Hi All. I have some questions regards to shipping, as many have by the looks. I have customers who buy up to 10 different items in one transaction, what will be the best way to decide shipping, is there a way to consolidate orders to ship, some might be small cheap, and some could add up to over $2000 Is there a demo or instructions on how to set up shipping, i have no idea and can not find any info ? With Qty discount how does the shipping get calculated on that, I don't want the customers to get big shipping charges as they will not buy the goods Hope someone can help Andy

WIN ! Thanks Milos from support, the issue we had was that the file sizes of some images breached our hosting limit. Deleted or edited the file sizes files and contents are now showing correctly. Thanks for the support and help guys ! A

Al Just to make it crystal clear. I had the issue from scratch a new V5 store, Kissmycart did the install, so it was not a muppet install. This store was never upgraded from a previous version. It started after image up loads took place, FTP'ed the original images up and was fine, once we uploaded some more through cube cart our issues started. I have a support ticket in, the the resolution offered fix was to upgrade "ARGH" to 5.0.7 which we did and nothing has changed. I have updated support with this and am waiting to find out the next step.

OK Bit the bullet and upgraded to 5.0.7 and ran upgrade script as pointed out, no change still have image problems and visibly empty sub folders but under FTP these have files/images and cube cart is accessing these. This is now holding us up going live,

I never upgraded ! lol I'm still on the previous version, my fear is that I waste time and possibly add further issue doing the 5.0.7 upgrade and still have the same issue which it looks like people are at 5.0.7

Thanks, most work fine, its only certain ones, The get around is to create a new sub folder and re up load the photos and delte the old one, but this is cumbersome and will keep give issues, I did the SQL Update and now get HTTP500 errors when trying to open those subfolders. The store still shows the images and under file manger through the cpanel, the images still show as well

Hi All I'm having this issue with file manager not showing the images within an images sub directory or uploads. Some image folders are fine, its only recently updated. If I upload an image and dont put it in a subfolder its fine, I can see the file, as soon as I move it into a sub folder it disapears ? Any ideas ? Andy
