Hi All, We have just had an instance of a customer ordering 3 of our digital download Journals, cubecart emailed him a dowload link, as it had set the sales status to completed but no payment was received. We have been selling our digital journals for a few years now and this is the first instance of this happening. Is there a way I can stop the digital download going into completed status?   2. I am the webmaster for a non profit entity that has the need for a shipping module that can calculate shipping per item and then per zone. So Item "A" can have a local shipping price and then a price for 3 different overseas zones, the customer then can order item "B" and that shipping rate is added to item "A"'s and so on. Weight calculation is no good as we have non electronic, non tangible items such as membership which includes 2 yearly journals that have different shipping rates per zone, so with that in mind I would then need to calculate the weight for those plus numerous other items in our store. It becomes messy and unpredictable. The all in one module is close to what I require but it wont allow me to set rates per item and it doesn't add the shipping rates per item, it multiplies them by the amount of items ordered, I really require Item "A" plus item "B" plus item "C" etc.. I hope that makes sense. Smithy

  4. I would use the backup you made before the upgrade and go back to v4 for now if I were you. No mate, If I have to revert to my backup I will be taking my business elsewhere. Apart from the Society I have 2 businesses that use cubecart and if they cannot be bothered helping me I wont be bothered spending my money with CC Smithy
  5. Thanks for trying to help Dirty Butter. I am disapointed that I haven't had any help from the people at CC. This is for a not for profit society and now is the busiest time of the year, as memberships are renewed, yet our store is down because I made the huge mistake of upgrading it. I guess I will have to start looking for alternitive shopping carts. Smithy
