  1. I seem to be getting a number of spam customers signing up (again with same first name and last name). Is there any way to stop these - They always have a Hotmail account, so I wonder if there's a way to ban customers signing up with Hotmail e-mail addresses. Equally I may be missing something but I can't see what these people are achieving other than being a complete nuisance. If anyone has any suggestions to stop these bogus customers I'd be most grateful
  2. HI, I've just upgraded to the latest version of cubecart 5, and as usual some of the modification to the skin layout are lost. I've sorted most of them, but the price boxes have a navy blue background, and I can't remember how to change this (Can se seen here: http://mentalstarters.co.uk/index.php?_a=category&cat_id=17 ) Can any one help Many thanks
  3. Hi, I can see how to assign Bulk discounts to different products, but is it possible to offer a bulk discount if someone buys, for example, 3 or more different products but from the same Category?
  4. I've sorted it now - I changed the skin in the Admin area, and they showed up, so I've changed the skin back again and it's now working properly (so far I think)
  5. ** FIX HERE ** http://forums.cubecart.com/topic/46974-resolved-upgrade-from-515-to-52-products-not-showing/?p=191731 I've jsut upgraded my cubecart from 5.1.5 to 5.2 (dut to a big red message at the top of the admin area prompting me to do this). In doing so, it's saying "No products Found" when I click on any of the categories. The products still appear to be there when I go into the products section of the admin area. Anyone got any clues as to why they're not showing on the website.

  7. Hi, I'm trying to edit the e-mails which are sent to customers when they place an order. The e-mails in particular I'd like to edit are the ones which acknowledge and confirm the order, and the one which tells customers that their digital order fiels are ready for download. Unfortunately I can't find the files where the text is stored. Anyone know where they are, so I can edit them. Many thanks.

  9. Hi, My site sells Mathematics software to schools, which is available on CDs. I've recently provided the option for some of the CDs as digital downloads. Do I have to list the digital download as a separate product (in which case it looks like every product is listed twice, unless I put the digital downlaods in a separate section), or can I create options on the main product page for customers to choose digital or tangible? Many thanks if anyone can help. (I'm using the most recent version of cubecart).

  11. Hi, Many thanks for replying. My website is www.mentalstarters.co.uk. I’m fairly sure there aren’t any skins added (I didn’t actually set up the website myself – so I don’t know all the ins and outs of cubecart). The section I’m trying to add options to is in the “Maths Topics KS4†section, as there are different licence versions, and at the minute it’s all described on 5 different pages. The mods which are added are one to offer discounts using a discount code and another to allow paypal. I think there’s also one to offer percentage discounts (if that’s not already part of the package itself). Not sure if that gives any clues. (I don’t have the options activated at the minute as it doesn’t appear on the product page, but prevents the item being added to the shopping cart. Cheers, Brian.
  12. Hi, In version 3 of cubecart, I’m trying to assign product options to one of my products. I am able to fill in the options I require using the menus in the Product Options section, but these are not showing up on the product page. Also, the product can’t actually be added to the basket when these are present. Is there a setting somewhere I’m missing which makes them appear on the product’s page?
