  1. When I click the Facebook like option on our product pages, is there any way to have it set so it posts the main product image? And is there any way to move the like button to elsewhere on the page?
  2. Looks like I do have IonCube installed so unsure why I'm getting white pages
  3. Is this possible? As there's currently no plugin available, our courier company has just sent me a .csv file which includes the following headers: Can somebody help me work out how to do this?
  4. Is there a way of getting this to work? We need to get something working with CSM Logistics. https://www.csmlogistics.co.uk/
  5. Is there no way of controlling which sale items are displayed there?
  6. It's been a while and my memory is rather hazy, can anybody help with setting which items or categories are displayed in the "On Sale" side bar? CC version 5.2.2
  7. From an ex customer: Is there anything we can use as an alternative?
  8. How do I import the second/third/fourth etc product images? I have the name and image path listed in my spreadsheet but there's no mapping option for these during the import process. All I see is a "Main Image" option. 1st - Suitings_Stripes/ST001.jpg 2nd - Suitings_Stripes/ST001a.jpg 3rd - Suitings_Stripes/ST001b.jpg 4th - Suitings_Stripes/ST001c.jpg etc... I'm unsure as to which folder I need to link to. Do I for example link to "images/cache/..." or to "images/source/..." I note that not everything in the source folder is included in the cache folder. I just did a test import and the main images are not displaying either using these image paths. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sorry but right now the import tool will only cater one category. The advice you were given is incorrect. Good news here.. Please follow these steps; 1. Upload all the files and folder. 2. Login to the admin side of your store and in the "Images" section of "Filemanager" click the "Update File List". 3. You should then see all the files and folders. 4. In your CSV file put the path the the image "document relative" to the source folder. So for example if the file path is; store/images/source/tv/xyz.jpg You will set the path as "tv/xyz.jpg"
  9. Hmm. this is a pity. It's going to take me ages to link up all those sub-categories :-(
  10. I'm trying to import around 600 stock items via a .csv file to a new store I'm working on for a friend. I can set the main category on the import but I don't see an option to set the secondary category. Can anybody offer any advice on this? The developer said it's possible over on the other forum but I've not had a reply since asking him how to do so. Also, I have uploaded around 1,000 images via ftp to the server, all are in folders for each category. Is it also possible to add the image path to the .csv file so all the images will automatically be linked after .csv import? ps - site is using CC 5.2.5
  11. And is there a way to set the Google category ID in the spreadsheet before importing?
  12. I can see a "Master Category ID" option but no option to import sub category IDs.
  13. I shorted the name of the file and it seems to have worked.
  14. Currently the import has taken over an hour. All we have are 600 items - is something wrong? I haven't even got to the screen where you assign everything to relevant fields yet.
  15. We're still working on a product spreadsheet, which we have ordered by category. We almost have the fiorst category complete, so is it possible to bulk import products on a category by category (and sub category) basis? Version: 5.2.5
  16. Thanks Ian. Both are sadly too costly for what they need. Is there no self installed software solution rather than all those monthly payment plans?
  17. I can see things getting confusing as not everything is sold via the website. It would be great if there is a way to do this. Is this possible?
  18. Thanks guys, I'll let you know how I get on with this.
  19. I did this on several other sites and it worked with no problem - it's the additional (not main images) I'm worried about.
  20. We have around 5,000 images to upload, so four at a time isn't an option sadly.
  21. I'm in the process of building a site which will have main and additional images for each product. I'm labeling the images with the product codes, and for each additional images these have a, b, c etc added to the image name. If I upload all these to the "images -> source" folder, will CubeCart be able to link these up with the products correctly? Is there something else I need to specify?
