I seem to have a few of these errors popping up - is it anything to wory about?

Some of these errors appear to be caused via Russian spammers signing up for accounts.

It won't let me blank it so I've had to leave a dash in there, which still shows up in a yellow box.

I've set up a new category called "About Us" but it's displaying a "No Products Found" box. Is there a simple way to remove this?

I think adding pages to the main menu should be an option in the back end, and not require template edits. Anyone else agree?

Thanks guys. So all I need to do is ftp all my files as overwrite - it won't delete my added skin I hope!

Whenever I've upgraded via the CubeCart admin area I have problems with the database not matching the store version etc. Will it work this time around, and what exactly causes this problem each time?
Should I upload the file manually via ftp or hit the "Upgrade Now" link in admin?

From would-be new customer:
The site now says it has saved my address but when I try to go to my basket or checkout it takes me back to the address form which is empty. When I go to my address book in my account it also shows as empty even though it's telling me the address has been saved.

Why does this happen? If I'm simply clicking the store's upgrade button, surely this should not happen?
How do I upgrade the database?

Considering the low amount of sales we have, the new Cubecart support is too costly to justify.
Perhaps I should move everying over to Havenswift? It's so frustraing!

This store has a version mismatch or database and files. Tables are missing required columns and some columns have incorrect specification. Restore and "reupgrade" is required.

Everything is indeed a "1" or a "2". Is there anything else I should check?
How could everything go so wrong by just upgrading CC? It doesn't make sense.

The errors whereby users are unable to enter their addresses doesn't seem to be listed in the error log.
How do I fix this problem? I have new customers who are unable to order. :-(

I'd love to place an order but your site won't save my address so I can't proceed, get a message 'Failed to save address.'
Any suggestions? No idea what is happening :-(

I think I may have fixed it - I had uses set to "1", which I had assumed was per user. I guess I assumed wrong?

Is there any reason why this should happen? The expiry date was set to the end of the month.

Thanks for the tip - to upgrade, do I just overwrite the existing files via FTP?
