  1. I'm sorry, I had another Stripe payment that didn't log back to CubeCart. It gives a different transaction log than before: Problem is that it doesn't show that something is wrong, but it stayed at 'pending'.
  2. Today I had one order that was paid with Stripe, but no call back and no transaction log whatsoever, so I didn't know it was paid. When I went to check Stripe, it turned out to be paid. This was in the notes: It was paid with iDeal.

By the way yesterday I lost part of a sale because payment with Stripe didn't go as should. Someone ordered digital patterns and a bead board that I only had 1 in stock. She put the order through and chose Stripe. She tried to pay twice with Stripe. Didn't work, so I think she went back to the website and then chose PayPal. But by that time, the bead board was removed 'automatically' because it was seen as out of stock (it wasn't, but somehow because of the payment that was unsuccesful it was seen as such). She paid with PayPal, but without the bead board.
  9. I had 1 today with no call back from Stripe. This is the information in the 'notes': It was again an iDeal payment. Other Stripe payments before and after this one went fine.
  10. We're in France (but sell a lot to the US ). Not sure if we can find any common ground between our cases...?
  11. You don't "accept" iDeal or Bancontact? Were the ones you had trouble with all Visa or also Mastercard? I've never had any issues with Mastercard payments through Stripe. It's probably just a coincidence, but I had about 25 of these cases where the callback didn't happen and all but 2 were iDeal or Bancontact.
  12. No I haven't unfortunately. Just the fact that it's almost always iDeal or Bancontact. Visa 2 x, but no other cards ever showed the issue.
  13. We sell many digital products and would love a function where you can attach more digital files to 1 product. At the moment with the possibility to attach only 1 it limits us in our business . If your dropzone caters to this, that would be awesome. Ian knows our store well, so maybe he can assess whether our store would be a good beta tester

  15. I had another one today The one today was paid by Bancontact (Belgian) and the one yesterday used iDeal (Dutch). Both what I had/have problems with within PayPal Commerce. Maybe there's a connection? Claudia, was that the case with yours as well?

  17. Unfortunately same issue just happened. Same error message: "Stripe session ID missing. Unable to retrieve session data."
  18. I'm one of those clients that has it happening. Sometimes there's the message that Claudia also showed ("Stripe session ID missing. Unable to retrieve session data"), but mostly there is nothing, so you don't even know that something is going on. I've been going back and forth with Stripe about this, scaling it up to a specific team (so they claim), but they keep saying it's a CubeCart issue. Thank you for checking into this.
  19. Same here. I've also gone back to PayPal Standard Payment Gateway and are now using Stripe for credit and debit cards as nobody could find the solution (PayPal was saying there is nothing wrong either, but there clearly is) and I was losing customers because of this.
  20. Same here. Even if they try on other devices. Just one of many issues with this plugin. iDeal is still not solved either (doesn't work, everyone thinks they have paid and then a day or so later they receive the message that something went wrong and the payment is paid back to them) and the German version of iDeal has the same issue.
  21. I'm having issues with the connection to Ideal. I received a complaint from a Dutch customer, because she wanted to use Ideal, but it's not working. If she checks out, she just gets the invoice, but she is not referred to Ideal. She also says it's very confusing. I tried to test it myself by logging into a Dutch server with VPN, but didn't see the Ideal logo before check out. After check out and choosing PayPal, I did see the Ideal logo, but then I get an error message that says: "Sorry, iDEAL can't be used for this purchase." I didn't get the invoice like the customer. The customer then tried another time (and the order was doubled). She now first had to click 'PayPal', fill in e-mail address and telephone number and THEN she could proceed to Ideal. She showed me payment with Ideal, it's taken out of her account, but I didn't receive payment confirmation. A few hours later, she received a message from PayPal: "Your payment of 20 July 2020 to DiMarca Online was unsuccessful. Amount will be refunded". So in both cases it's somehow not working...
