  1. Regarding Brian's fix for this for taking Sale Items out of the Menu, I tried this, and it didn't work...at first. Just want to mention for others, if it doesn't work at first, go to Maint >> Rebuild >> and clear your cache.
  2. When I updated to 5.2.5 the problem stopped. Now that I have updated to 5.2.7, the problem is back again!
  3. Yes, I do. My Update Version is 11.0.2 also.
  4. Is anyone else having a problem logging in and staying logged in with IE11? WADR, before you tell me to use Chrome or Firefox, I use IE because I like IE. Whenever I try to log in to my Admin I have to first click that little lock or my login/password do not work. Then, if I am in the Admin for more than 30-45 seconds and make a change and save, it takes me back to the login page. I try to login again, but nothing happens. I have to close my browser, open it up again, and log in again.. Is this just an IE11 problem? Jim
  5. Thanks Brian, but I found another way...probably while you were writing...that fixed it. I'll type it here in case someone else has the same problem. With IE11 open, click Tools >> Internet Options >>Advanced >> Reset >>Put a check in "Delete Personal Settings" >> Click Reset >> Restart Computer. >> Open IE11 Voila! The favicon for my Cubecart site and Admin were updated.

  7. Thanks Brian. That worked for Chrome and Firefox, but as usual, IE(11) is being stubborn and is still showing the old favicon.
  8. I uploaded my own favicon.ico to my public_html a while back, but it is still not displaying. All my other sites are displaying my favicon, but not my CubeCart site. Any suggestions? Thanks. Jim
  9. Hi All, I have been working on this site on and off for the past couple of months. I have it just about where I want it, but I would value and appreciate feedback from your view point not only as a fellow web site designer but as a "customer" as well. Right now, I have about 80 products listed with another 30 or so to list, but it should be enough to give you a good idea.   12. Quite often when I go to my products in my Admin Area the "View All" with pages listed (1,2,3,4,5) has disappeared from the bottom of the page. The only way I can get it back is to log out and then log back in. Is this a bug with 5.2.4? Jim
  13. I am using FedEx for shipping, but I want to offer Free Shipping on orders over $300. I activated the Free Shipping Module and put in $300 for my minimum sub total. Upon testing though, it seems the free shipping will work for any sub total amount above or below $300. Am I leaving something unchecked or is this a bug?
  14. Just as a follow up...I purchased Noodleman's Price Tiers Mod. Since it will automatically calculate discounts, I think it will work better for me than having the customer insert a Discount Code at checkout. The mod was easy to install, and I was able to easily modify the html for my purposes. Jim

  16. Thanks, Brian. I was thinking of that, but that means the customer would have to put the coupon code in at checkout. I guess I could insert the coupon limits (say $100, $200, $300) and the codes right into the checkout page for the customer to copy....or, do the coupon codes appear some place once they are created? Do you have any experience with Noodleman's Price Tiers (Discount)? (Am I allowed to mention 3rd party mods here?) Jim
  17. Is there any way to create automatic tier pricing with this latest version? Example: Spend $100, get 10% off. Or, do I need to get a mod to do this? Jim
  18. IT has worked at times. It seems to have a mind of it's own. I just tried it with and without compatibility mode and it worked both signed in and out. However, I know Support is working on my site right now because I am having other checkout problems. I keep getting an error message that there are no shipping methods available when that was working before. They have had me reinstall CubeCart, delte all my customers and orders from the data base, and a few other 'tries" to get it working, but I am stuck at this point.   20. I cannot add to basket when signed in and using IE10. No problem doing this with other browsers.
  21. I am just returning to CC (been away since 2008). It still appears you have to purchase your own affiliate software like iDev or Post Affiliate Pro and install it, or use one of the monthly/yearly subscription services, and then activate it to work with CC through the Affiliate Trackers area in your admin area. Check there to see what affiliate trackers are compatible with CC.

  23. I am going to use FedEx shipping for my new site. I will be charging a $2.00 handling fee on shipping which I have input into the FedEx Shipping module, but when I do a test purchase, I don't see the handling fee. Is it supposed to be listed separately, or does it just become part of the overall shipping fee? Also, if packages I ship will be different weights and dimensions, what is the purpose of the packaging weight, length, width and height within the module? Won't the shipping rate be figured "real time"? Why do I need these in the module, and do I have to put values in the module for them? How do they affect the final shipping rate the customer sees/chooses? Any help is most appreciated. Edit: Sorry, just realized this should have been posted in the Shipping/Postage Support Forum.
  24. Thanks. At least I now know how it works. If I didn't spend all this time on this, I would have just been doing something foolish like getting work done.
