  2. Hi Guys, I have set the sale mode to per-product so it will display a products retail price as well as the sale price, however it has now moved every product that we have into the default sale catergory which is created when you do this, can you remove this catergory? Sam
  3. Hi Guys, In the store settings you have the boxes to put in your website SEO, however the page title seems to be repeated as a tagline on the page titles of every product, how do you get rid of this other wise its makes the page titels to long?? Sam

  5. Hi Guys, We have rebuilt our site map through the maintenance tab but we still arent getting the .xml url to product any content is there an easy fix?
  6. When we are importing images we have the hosted image URL but it hasnt brought over the image, what format should this image be in?
  7. When importing our product some are in multiple catergories. When they are imported it only assigns them to one of the categories (the 1st in sort order) how do we import our products and assign them to multiple catergories?/

  10. Hi Al, Thank the pasword created last night still doesnt work with the email address. Understood we can talk about this through email. However it still doesnt solve our issues with the product improt we cannot submit a ticket and we cannot import our products?
  11. The ticket was replied to but i replied back and informed milos that the email doesnt appear to be in your system because when i do a forgotten password it informs me it isnt recognised??
  12. Our support ticket is 96573. If we were to provide you with the export from magento would you be able to convert it into cube cart format as this funtionality clearly isnt working correctly?
  13. thank you for your quick reply. I will take a look at what you sugguest. I should of added more information to my original post. We are importing products from Magento. We are have done the standard export from magento admin panel and using your built in product import in the backend. making sure we select the magento option from the drop down and selecting TAB as the seperator. I would be greatfull if you could let me know your thoughts on this as I would of thought that this should of bought images etc over. no? On a slightly seperate note I have create a ticket to get access to my account as when purchasing CubeCart we also got support credits could you please respond to it, that would be great.
  14. Our product import didnt bring across any product images or catergories, is there a way to solve this??
  15. Do currency rates update automaticaly or do we have to fetch rates manually every day??
