  1. I got the email at 6:00am this morning. Oh well, better late than never LOL
  2. Right, PayPal quit sending me an email from PayPal. I haven't changed any settings in PayPal so I thought there may be a change in the newest version of the PayPal Plugin. No entry in the Admin Email log and I haven't changed anything in my PayPal profile. I receive all the emails Cubecart sends. Also my PayPal account shows that the payment was made. I have screenshots of the emails PayPal sent me in the past. This may be the wrong place to ask about this, I don't know. I just don't like it when something stops doing what it has always done. LOL
  3. Hi, Ever since I upgraded to CC6.15 and more precisely PayPal Pro 1.1.7 I am not receiving emails from Paypal when a payment is received as I always have in the past. My email settings in CC admin are SMTP with SSL Outgoing Port 465. Thanks in advance, Claudia

  5. Hi, I was able to do this in other versions of CC6 but not in 6.15. I want ALL wording of All in One Shipping removed from every part of my website including emails. For the most part I have done this - except for the Order History page .. Pending, etc.. It shows like this now: (I want the USPS: priority to show as that is my name in AIOS. I want the All in One Shipping removed). I have disabled shipping groups. Thanks in advance for any help.
  6. I am trying to revise the default email template to remove the extra table and use a custom logo. Also change the font to Verdana 12 px. But it keeps adding code and changing stuff ... adding paragraph codes, moving </header> . Here is what it does when I don't try to use a custom logo: Now even when I go back to what came with CubeCart, it shows the extra code.   7. This is Host Gator's response: I reached out to some upper level admins regarding what you are currently experiencing. Unfortunately, the caching issue is a known problem that our admins are working to get resolved as quickly as possible, yours is not the only site experiencing this issue. I've added your account to the existing ticket so that the problem can be addressed and resolved quickly. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I asked: How long is this going to take? This is Host Gator's response: Unfortunately, as a frontline agent I am not able to provide those sorts of estimates. I do know it is an escalated issue and they are actively working to resolve it. I asked Host Gator what I was suppose to do until the fix, my site was basically useless. Host Gator Response: You could make a note on the site for customers to clear cache if they find themselves having issues. I was able to add things and remove things from the cart with a few occasional catches where clearing the cache or using the hard refresh resolved it. I apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused.

  9. I'm really getting tired of them. But then you wonder - will the next one be worse?
  10. Host Gator said: I would recommend contacting your web developer to further look into this issue. We do have a thrid party cleaning software if you are looking to purchase that. Site Lock Big help!
  11. How would I find out? I don't see how it could be anything malicious . The only files are the 6.15 files and my plugins

  13. I just upgraded to 6.15 and my shopping cart is showing some weird behavior. When I add and item to my cart and click "View Cart" in the popup it takes me "Your cart is empty - Continue shopping". I click continue shopping and it takes me to my homepage where the cart shows $3.99 ( the amount of the item I had previously added to the cart). Click that amount and it goes to the Homepage where the basket amount is now. $0.00 If I add an entirely different item to the cart, the popup will now show both items and the cycle continues. I have cleared the cache many times, tried the Foundation skin that comes with 6.15, and tried different browsers and computers. Same or similar outcome. I use Host Gator and found another post where they were having a similar situation and it was Host Gator's caching problem which they have now fixed. So I just don't know. I'm providing some screen shots I got a couple of times to see if that means anything. Debugging did not show anything unusual to my eye. Thank in advance for any and all help, Claudia
  14. The reason I ask is because I got this email from a cron job (sitemap) and was afraid I'd been hacked so I went checking some places and found this. If I keep a record of all my core file edits, when I upgrade to 6.15 can I just delete all my current files and fresh install 6.15 then make my edits or would that cause problems?   16. You were right, Brian. I logged out then back in and the banner and notification shows. That could be a problem though. I never logout of admin, so I'm never going to get the upgrade notification? Claudia
  17. But why am I not getting notifications for CC version updates - red banner and announcement in the news on the dashboard?
  18. Hi, I used the patch for 6.14 and now by accident I find out that 6.15 is available. I do not get the red banner on my dashboard, nor do I get the upgrade notification in news and announcements. Plus the dashboard is not telling me when there is an upgrade for my plugins. Will this be fixed when I upgrade to 6.15? If not what should I do to fix it. My other store is showing the banner and notifications. I posted something similar before on January 19th. Here are the highlights: Hi, I noticed in CC6.1.3 on the dashboard there is an option to ignore plugin upgrade notifications. I stupidly chose this option and I now do not get any notifications when and upgrade is available. I know this because my other store still gets the notices. Anyway to turn it back on so I get the notifications. Thanks in advance, Claudia And Al replied: You can test it by installing an old version of any extension. The dash will then show a new version available. There is an ignore option. If ignore it clicked I believe is another new version comes available the notification will come back. I did as Al suggested and it worked - the notification came back, maybe just for that plugin I don't remember. But now I don't get any notifications. Thanks in advance as always, Claudia

  20. Hi, Never used the sitemap feature in CubeCart. Can someone please explain what needs to be done and how to get it submitted to search engines. Is it a good sitemap ie: set it and forget it or do you need to resubmit it when changes are made to website. Does it submit images too? Thanks, Claudia
