  1. Thanks I'm going to contact them now and see what they say.
  2. I just upgraded to 6.15 and my shopping cart is showing some weird behavior. When I add and item to my cart and click "View Cart" in the popup it takes me "Your cart is empty - Continue shopping". I click continue shopping and it takes me to my homepage where the cart shows $3.99 ( the amount of the item I had previously added to the cart). Click that amount and it goes to the Homepage where the basket amount is now. $0.00 If I add an entirely different item to the cart, the popup will now show both items and the cycle continues. I have cleared the cache many times, tried the Foundation skin that comes with 6.15, and tried different browsers and computers. Same or similar outcome. I use Host Gator and found another post where they were having a similar situation and it was Host Gator's caching problem which they have now fixed. So I just don't know. I'm providing some screen shots I got a couple of times to see if that means anything. Debugging did not show anything unusual to my eye. Thank in advance for any and all help, Claudia
  3. The reason I ask is because I got this email from a cron job (sitemap) and was afraid I'd been hacked so I went checking some places and found this. If I keep a record of all my core file edits, when I upgrade to 6.15 can I just delete all my current files and fresh install 6.15 then make my edits or would that cause problems? Content-type: text/html <h4>An error occured: </h4> <script> top.location = 'index.php?op=config&errmsg=%3Cb%3EThere+was+an+error+while+retrieving+the+URL+specified%3A%3C%2Fb%3E+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.claudiasbargains.com%2F%3Cbr%3E%3Cb%3EHTTP+Code%3A%3C%2Fb%3E%3Cbr%3E%3Cbr%3E%3Cb%3EHTTP+headers%3A%3C%2Fb%3E%3Cbr%3Ex_csize%3A+0%3Cbr+%2F%3E%3Cbr%3E%3Cb%3EHTTP+output%3A%3C%2Fb%3E%3Cbr%3E' </script> Claudia
  4. There are some names in my customer access log with red Xs that I don't know who they are. Can someone tell me what is going on? Thanks, Claudia
  5. You were right, Brian. I logged out then back in and the banner and notification shows. That could be a problem though. I never logout of admin, so I'm never going to get the upgrade notification? Claudia
  6. But why am I not getting notifications for CC version updates - red banner and announcement in the news on the dashboard?
  7. Hi, I used the patch for 6.14 and now by accident I find out that 6.15 is available. I do not get the red banner on my dashboard, nor do I get the upgrade notification in news and announcements. Plus the dashboard is not telling me when there is an upgrade for my plugins. Will this be fixed when I upgrade to 6.15? If not what should I do to fix it. My other store is showing the banner and notifications. I posted something similar before on January 19th. Here are the highlights: Hi, I noticed in CC6.1.3 on the dashboard there is an option to ignore plugin upgrade notifications. I stupidly chose this option and I now do not get any notifications when and upgrade is available. I know this because my other store still gets the notices. Anyway to turn it back on so I get the notifications. Thanks in advance, Claudia And Al replied: You can test it by installing an old version of any extension. The dash will then show a new version available. There is an ignore option. If ignore it clicked I believe is another new version comes available the notification will come back. I did as Al suggested and it worked - the notification came back, maybe just for that plugin I don't remember. But now I don't get any notifications. Thanks in advance as always, Claudia
  8. Thanks Ian, I looked at your site for the sitemap package and couldn't find it. I may be looking in the wrong place. Can you send a link Claudia
  9. Hi, Never used the sitemap feature in CubeCart. Can someone please explain what needs to be done and how to get it submitted to search engines. Is it a good sitemap ie: set it and forget it or do you need to resubmit it when changes are made to website. Does it submit images too? Thanks, Claudia
  10. Dumb question - Do I make the changes to the original admin/index.php or the renamed on? I'm sorry ... I meant the /modules/shipping/All_In_One_Shipping/skin/admin/index.tpl file just too lazy to type it out. Do I make changes to this file or the renamed file. But ... if I want to change the admin file so my login to CC admin is different what files do I change? Thanks, Claudia

  12. Boy I wish I could remember exactly what it said. It was a gray message with gray buttons. Located right under the tabs on the dashboard. Something about do you want to be notified of upgrades and I could select notify or ignore. I chose ignore, It appeared right after I upgraded one of Daren's plugins. I asked him and he said it wasn't part of his plugins,

  14. Rosemary are you sure the above from Daren is for a new email template?
  15. I had an admin and an admin_SRxxxx folder. All the edits were in the admin folder. I deleted the admin_SRxxx and renamed the admin to admin_SRxx. Everything seems to be working now. I had upgraded manually as my 6.1 had not informed me an upgrade was available.
  16. That's one way I realized that my upgrade to 6.1.3 didn't take. I never had that shaded box.
  17. I don't have a admin_SRxxx.php. I have PCxxxx.php and admin.php. I have a folder named admin_SRxxx and a folder named admin
  18. Thanks Rosemary, but I don't really understand any of this! Why can't upgrading just be simple!!!! I have a file called admin.php. Then I have a file named admin_PCxxxx.php. The Pcxxxx is what my admn login is. What would renaming it to admin_SRxxx.php do? Do I delete the admin.php file?
  19. I just went to the github and was looking thru the issues that were handled with 6.1.2. It seems that when an admin file was modified, it modified the actual admin file not the secured admin file (admin_SRxxx)
