Advice please - a regular, registered customer was unable to change a password when logging in and password forgotten. I think that I can change her password but unsure of the ethics of this. How do I advise the customer as to what to do?

Can someone please let me know where shipping costs are now located in the CubeCart admin panel as I wish to update them?
