  1. OK. nou I've used the other option; VAT instead of BTW, that I've created myself... it does work. I still don't know why BTW won't work. but I will leave it at that. Thanks for your help.
  2. Hi bsmither, Thanks for your reply. I've done all that many times but Belgium (yse, should have been included in the EU countries, but isn't!) just won't update. It doesn't show in the list and customers don't get the VAT included. I have to send an email everytime appologising for my Cubecart and hope they will understand. Some do, but some don't. I can't find the problem...
  3. Hi, Can someone help me? For a reason I can't figure out the tax for Belgium (or any other setting for that metter) doesn't save. After pressing "Save" it goes back to the latest setting of " unable". Where do I go from here? I can't keep appologising to the clients for having to pay VAT seperatly :-( Thanks! Greetings Daphne.
  4. Hi again, Sorry, butI tought that if you try and make an account and then try to log in you can see what the problem is. What do I need to provide in order to fix the problem? You said: Without watching certain things (incoming POST, database queries, etc), I cannot make any kind of guess why logins are not happening. but I'm not sure still what or where to look... Hope you can help me out. Kind regards, Daphne.
  5. Thanks bsmither! Where can I get CubeCart to prepare a fresh SiteMap? I couldn't find thet option... Oeps! I've just found it :-) so after a fresh SiteMap had been made Google will find it by itself? or do I need to do something more? Could I bother you with one more issue? For one reson or another is it not possible for clients to log into their account. Where do I fix that? It's on the same store : http://mijnleukstesieraden.nl/ Thanks!
  6. Hi there, There seem to be a problem with the CC store I've made for a client. In a google search the first result in Google is an item from the client's webshop, but when you click on the link you end up on a 404 page :-( I've tried to delete cashe, and we have tried to wait for some time to give Google a chance to get the right productpage, but with no succes. Could anyone help on this one? The store is on http://www.mijnleukstesieraden.nl/ and the 404 is for example http://www.mijnleukstesieraden.nl/accessoires/en-nog-meer-/hippie-boho-ibiza-haarband-hoofdband-oranje-rode-bloemen-p263.html Thanks! Daphne.
  7. Thanks Dirty Butter. I've managed to save a feed file on a location where the feed got "picked up" bij Beslist.nl But I couldn't get the thing working to produce a new feed automaticly, as described in Resolved - Automatic Export to Google Merchant I'm using CC6 and got a bit confused with the different codes. So I'm still in need of help :-) Greetings.
  8. Hi again, Things seem to go in the right direction, but I'm not quite there yet... Somehow the plugin is producing a .txt file that I can then download. Is it possible to make it a .csv or .xml file and is it possible to create an url where the file will show?, or where they can download it from? Almost there :-
  9. Great Thanks! I'm gonna try that tomorrow :-) I'll let you know how it went. Greetings!

  11. Hi, Some AddThis issue here too: On my webshop, on the productpage the AddThis icons show at the buttom of the page... is there a way to get those up to where the price is? see: http://www.goingsolar.nl/solar-chargers/fuse-4w-solar-charger.html Thanks!
  12. I would like to use a productfeed for the website Beslist.nl To do that I need to genarate a productfeed in a .csv or .xml type. Is it possible to use an existing plugin for that purpose? Thanks for any help :-)
  13. Hi Dirty Butter, I would need to transelate the webshop to other languages for business out of the Netherlands. It is mainly ment for the Dutch and Belgium market. Thanks for your remark though! And to Al: I will have a look at the link :-) Thanks! Greetings!
