  1. Hi, I had problems uploading to 6.4.1. a little over 10 days ago. With some help I, finally thought I was back up and running. Since then all customers clicking on secure checkout are getting redirected to .... This page isn’t working www.tinoneeorchids.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 and we have a few error logs (23,600 odd) we use a basic skin which is no longer compatible with recapcha but I think I have bigger problems than that. we can no longer change orders from pending to complete as it also redirects to the error page. Any ideas. My boss is losing faith in me (so am I ) Kez
  2. I've been trying to upgrade from 6.1.12 to 6.4.1. I am not "code & SQL" savvy but I have managed to do it in the past, following the Upgrade instructions and diligently uploading files but this time I've lost the plot. Now when I log back into our admin area, I have the "Possible CrossSite Request Forgery" message come up when I try to log in. Any ideas would be appreciated?

    Yes it is. They were my first call. They told me I need a website developer??? I told her I wouldn't even know where to find one. Thanks for your suggestion. I will go back to them and see what they say.

    Hi, I manage a little site using cubecart for my boss. tinoneeorchids.com When entering the estore we now get the following message; Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (HY000/1275): Server is running in --secure-auth mode, but 'tin20440_cube'@'localhost' has a password in the old format; please change the password to the new format in /home/tin20440/public_html/shop/classes/db/mysqli.class.php on line 33 Warning: mysqli_options(): Couldn't fetch mysqli in /home/tin20440/public_html/shop/classes/db/mysqli.class.php on line 35 Fatal error: Server is running in --secure-auth mode, but 'tin20440_cube'@'localhost' has a password in the old format; please change the password to the new format in /home/tin20440/public_html/shop/classes/db/mysqli.class.php on line 38 What is the "new format" for a password & how do I fix this? I know I haven't updated Cubecart recently either. My knowledge is very limited when it comes to sql's. Any help appreciated. Cheers, Kerrie
  6. Thank you Brian, I've checked and there are no /images within /images folder. I have tried accessing phpMyAdmin but I get a http error500 message. Now I've contacted my host to see if that can be resolved. Needless to say I've done nothing very productive today. I'll try comparing the folders & files
  7. Hi,This is my first time posting. We have had Cubecart for 3 years or so. I have managed to muddle my way through updates over the years but I would say I have limited knowledge.I came across this topic looking for solutions to my account.I have been unable to log in since 11th Nov. I have also deleted the snippets in the /includes/extra/. and I think I replaced the patch from the "critical Security update" link from my webhost admin area. but I still can't log in. I don't have any Google message associated with my problem.
