  1. Thanks! I have changed the image to 360 x 120px (looks fine) and uploaded, but now it is a bit stretched out on the email. I'm not sure what you mean about scope though.
  2. My Logo has been updated and I have 3 different variants for various purposes, and I have somehow managed to update the website store logo, and the logo on the invoices. However, I can't figure out how to make a banner display properly on emails. It is all bunched up :-(
  3. Thanks Ian :-) My host down here has solved at least one error, so I have tried my luck sending the newsletter again, and have within 5 minuted received 1037 emails (before I had the good sense to cancel the send out) reading; Domain whelpingsupplies.com.au has exceeded the max emails per hour (625/500 (125%)) allowed. Message discarded. I think I'll take you up on your offer! Oh dear - it's over 2000 emails :-8
  4. LOL bsmither - yes that is what I thought. I bought the business about 5 months ago and it came with the v4 of cubecart, which then Al had to upgrade for me. I have not bought a havenswift plugin since, as I thought that would be updated too (not so I gather now?). I am new at this, and certainly not very clever at it either. I know (or think) there are 111 pages of subscribers because under Customers > Mailling List that is what I see. Also, most of my customers also have the "subscribe" box ticked in their details. Ian - how do I find the Throttled Newsletter Plugin? I have searched the marketplace and can't find it :-/
  5. There are about 2200 people subscribed to the newsletter (or 111pages of email addresses). I contacted the host and the response was: "Are you still using the Havenswift email module to send out the emails? I see an error that it doesn’t exist, but it is still being called. The folder still resides in the “trash” if still needed." I have logged into cpanel, and had a look for the database under phpMyAdmin, but can't see one called CubeCart_newsletter_subscriber.
  6. Thanks Ian I have checked both those things, and they seem fine. Also my newsletter test letter goes out ok. I'll contact the host to see if there is anything amiss. Ane
  7. I have written a newsletter, and when I send a test email to myself it works, but not when I press send (to my customers). It goes through the process, but is not delivering. I made a newsletter a few months ago also, and was on Cubecart v4 back then, but that worked well. I am on the newer version of cubecart now. Any ideas?
