Can someone point me to the file that I would modify to change the wording in the red box on my checkout page. This appears when a customer goes to check out but is not logged in. Thank you!

OK - so I am editing this line: <h2>{$LANG.checkout.your_basket}</h2> Where do I put the actual words that I want displayed? Inside the brackets? In new brackets? Note: Whenever I edit the words within the bracket - the whole phrase "Your Shopping Basket" disappears. Maybe you can advise a different way to achieve this. I want to add text that advises that we wouldn't be shipping an order until a certain date. See image.

Apparently it was a ModSecurity rule. My webhost has fixed it. Thank you for your replies.

Today I tried to update stock levels and other content in the cart and I am receiving this error: 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied! I had edited content as recently as 2 weeks ago with no problem. I upgraded to 6.1.7, but the problem was the same before and after the upgrade. Is there something I can do to fix this problem without contacting the web host? Any help would be appreciated.

I have had Cube Cart installed and running for a little over a month now and all was working fine until this week. Problem #1) Pages loading really slow. Response is slow once you click "add to basket". Response is slow once you click "checkout" Problem #2) Sometimes a customer will get all the way through to checkout- then they will get an error message saying that what they ordered is no longer available and was removed from the basket when in fact there is plenty of that item available. Again, this a new problem just in the last couple days. Yes, I created a "local" customer and one on the other side of the country so I could make sure that shipping was working properly, etc. I used Paypal and the screen shot above is what the confirmation email looked like.

The prices are only hidden until they log in. With my test, I went to the website. The prices are $x.xx I create an account and log in and I can see prices. SO I did a test purchase and everything worked as it should, but the confirmation email that I receive on the backend and the customer receives did not have any prices, just $x.xx I would imagine most businesses would want a detailed receipt for book keeping LOL! I actually just had my first real order come through (same problem). I guess I wanted to see if it was as easy as flipping a switch to fix. If not, I can turn the prices back on so its not hidden. Not a BIG deal, I would just prefer it to work like it should.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, I had set the store to "Hide prices until logged in" because this cart is intended for wholesale accounts (separate from retail sales) and I didn't want everyone seeing pricing. I am using version 6.0.10

I have just done a test run with a brand new installation of my cart and everything is working fine, except that the confirmation email does not show any values for the products, shipping, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?
