  1. From what we can tell from our store, it relates to when the customer has previously placed an item in the cart then the customer returns at a later date and the item has been deleted or no longer in stock.
  2. Hi Jasehead, Yes we still have the same issue although it does not seem as prominent as it used to. Our cubecart guru look at it and basically found out that the data is there in the database but it seems to be an issue with the way cubecart decrypts the information to be displayed for us to process the orders.
  3. to solve this we used a mods index suggestive search mod. Its not the cheapest mod out there, but certainly did help us considering the huge amount of parts and part numbers we have on our site.
  4. Hi Brian, Usually we can see them (we always log in under ssl) but lately once viewed they sometimes disappear (didnt hit delete either) once logged out and relogin the next day etc. Its really random. Some stay without any issue, others just disappear.

Hi All, Currently on 6.0.11 with the latest card capture plugin installed, we are experiencing a weird issue where the card details have been captured but the details randomly disappear (seems to randomly happen after viewing the order in admin etc) Is anyone else expierencing this issue? Have tried reinstalling the plugin, different versions of the plugin....with no luck. Many thanks in advance.

Hi all, We recently have noticed an issue that really have become a thorn in my side as its happening quite frequently now and is making a huge impact because of all the rework involved with fixing the overwritten orders. As per our github post some of our customers have been able to rewrite orders that have already been completed by simply hitting the back button and eventually the cubecart system seems to give up and let them back into the checkout screen to make adjustments. As you could imagine this is a nightmare for stock control and several other issues as to when the customer makes changes (particularly if paid via paypal) cubecart will then automatically cancel the order as the totals do not match. As long time cubecart users, we used to see this same issue even in cc5. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and more to the point what can be done to fix the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as above its doing my head in.
