The hosting company found the problem. Permissions was set at 777 instead of 755. Resolved.

I have submitted a ticket to my hosting company to look into it. The error log on the web server is empty.

The order was received May 4 so anything before that I'm not sure about. The IP address change is when I installed a new router and received a new IP from Charter on May 2. The language error was resolved. It seems like every thing else is working fine. I'm not sure what my next step would be in resolving this.

I entered the custom php file and there is an error log. I tried printing order again with the same error code. Went into the Error Log and it was empty. error_log ini-custom.inc.php

Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. (Just open the store and now I can't print orders. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong or is it much bigger?)
