[Resolved] Installing Zotabox
bzfvggigaietjghnkzdfaewrkv replied to bzfvggigaietjghnkzdfaewrkv's topic in Technical Help
Great, that's fixed it. Thanks for the info. -
I want to install a Zotabox popup chat on CC6, but the script breaks my site. I'm adding the code in skins/kurouto/templates/main.php Should I add it somewhere else?

Thanks, handy to know. For the record, our host requested Cpanel support and the server is now correctly configured to run https. -

I can sporadically get into admin, but every time I click 'save' it boots me out I'm currently sending a support ticket. -

Ok thanks. Is there a way I can change 'Enable SSL' to 'no' via cpanel? Unable to make any changes in dashboard at the moment -

We now have a proper SSL certificate correctly installed. However I switched SSL to 'Yes' and now have security warnings and am also unable to switch SSL off. It just boots me out of admin every time. Website is effectively down. Can I change this in phpmyadmin or is ther a config file I can edit? -

Store is www.troutflies.com.au I've disabled SSL as it makes the site unusable, but here are screen caps of settings and the subsequent warning in Firefox -
Our host has recently provided a self-signed SSL certificate on our domain. I've changed to https:// in Dashboard>SSL Settings but it's giving a 'not secure' warning so I'm obviously doing something wrong. Is there a guide to correctly setting this up?

Search by product code

Was a few months back unfortunately. I was sort of hoping Al might be browsing through or the off chance someone else has had to fix the same error. -

Fair enough, not complaining about the cost of upgrading as such. It's just that we have a permanent bug which reappears on every minor upgrade, requiring a support ticket to be resolved. I would like to know how to fix it myself. -

Thanks. Seems funny we are the only ones with this problem, there must be other cubecarts that originated from v.3 out there? -

So I purchased support credit to have this fixed and everything was good. Now upgraded to 6.1.5 and the problem is back again. Is there any possibility of having this fixed permanently or do I need to buy cubecart support every time an upgrade is installed? -

See screen cap. This is looking in phpmyadmin under 'structure' - all 3 columns are the same. I can't see any other reference to indexes -

Bit out of my depth here, but I ran the following which doesn't seem to have fixed it: ALTER TABLE CubeCart_inventory ADD FULLTEXT index_name( product_code, description, name ) -
We are unable to search by old 3-digit product codes from CC3, eg http://www.troutflies.com.au/flies/dry-flies-emergers/adams.html has code 199 which results in 'no products found' using the search box. I've had this fixed previously but inadvertently over-wrote whatever the file was during a 6.1.1 re-install yesterday. Can anyone advise what code needs to be altered? Thanks
