There are no products within the "Service Call" category. The category page is an information page telling customers the services we provide and contact details for service calls http://earleylocks.co.uk/eshop/service-calls.html . I want to give service call customers an option to leave feedback/reviews without purchasing "products".

Alongside the products I sell, I also have a category "Service Calls". This category has no products but promotes the work we do at customers' homes and work places. I frequently get asked how can they leave feedback. I can't find a way of enabling a feedback button on a "category" only on "products". Has anyone found a way of achieving this?
