I can get to all the files via cPanel. Is there a modification that will get me back?

So, the backup, when downloaded and unzipped, has all the folders but they are all empty. I looked at the databased and it looks OK. I can install CC 6.4.7 via Softaculous. If I do this installation, can I just import the database and be back to where I was before I tried to update from within CC?

I went to the address you gave, and it says PHP 7.0.33 in the header, but the host says they are providing PHP 7.4.30. How can I fix this and get back into my store?

I got the following error when upgrading: PHP 7.0.33 detected. CubeCart requires PHP 7.1 or higher. In looking at my cPanel, I find that the current version of PHP is 7.4.30. Now all I can see is a blank screen with "PHP 7.0.33 detected. CubeCart requires PHP 7.1 or higher." at the top. No matter what I do, I cannot get back to the admin of my site. Before attempting the upgrade (6.1 to 6.4) I did a complete backup of the store and the database.

Since ugragding to 6.2, all pages (admin and public facing) have all the calls needed for the page to render listed at the bottom of the page (see below). It's almost like var_dump, or error_reporting(E_ALL) , or something else is going on. Is there a switch somewhere that I missed. Al, I posted here because it has happened only since the upgrade so it looks to me like an installation/upgrade issue. Am I wrong?

Since upgrading to CC620 I have had what looks like some sort of troubleshooting aid or something like a var_dump at the bottom of both my admin page and a store page (whether or not I the front end turned on). CubeCart_category_index , CubeCart_image_index , and CubeCart_seo_urls were missing a whole bunch of entries. I went back to my backup and uploaded all three. That reattached the categories, images, and paths. It all works great. So the question for you guys is, why didn't the upgrade to 6.2 keep these tables intact? The lesson learned: ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATABASE. Thanks for all the help

Additional info: If I export the catelogue only the items I have altered from the admin panel are exported. i.e. I have altered 4 items. When I export 50 items only those 4 are in the file. The database, however, thinks there are 637 items.

I followed the instruction to upgrade from 6.1.3 to 6.2. When completed the admin showed all the products, but the images were no longer attached. The categories for each item were also missing. Then when selecting the magnifying glass to view an item I got to a 404 page not found error. Back in admin, I edited an item and selected a category and picture. The magnifying glass then went to a fully functional page. What might have I done wrong? Not that you would be able to view it because of maintenance mode, but the site is time2scrapbook.com/cube
