Hi Ian,you are right,it was my fault to stay with them so long.Since it was purchased by EIG things were getting worse and worse.I liked Hostgator when I started with them before it was bought by new owner.I regret I did not migrate earlier as it took just couple of hours.Hostgator has overloaded servers and just go I think for quantity of users.I must say,that I was a bit afraid of migration,but Inteserver techhelp made nice fast transfer and helped me to set things on,correct some mail settings,dns,ssl,etc.My site now loads for many locations in about 2 seconds,so I am satisfied.So just hopefuly it will be all right now.David

Received response from Hostgator,so you were right...it was problem with Apache upgrade.Anyway,I am glad it forced me to migrate,site is working much much better now on new host,no problems,no errors and much faster.So I recommend doing the same,if you use cpanel,migration is fairly easy and fast. ********** Hello, Thank you for contacting Hostgator Support. I want to update this issue.I just migrated to new hosting and there is no more problem with ip addreses,so it was obviously problem at my old host (Hostgator).I migrated to interserver,we host there already couple of years our other store running as cs-cart app.It looks,that also cubecart works much better,faster and no more errors.So thanks for this kick,it forced to me move away.Hostgator promissed to look in this issue and solve it,but as far I got no response anymore.

Hi,thanks for reply,I am running 6.1.15 and reported ip is website dedicated ip address.I just had no other chance than switching for a short time debugging,just to see variables.Other user who reported same problem is hosted at same provider,I am at hostgator,he at bluehost,so same company and I guess they changed probably some things on their servers.I reported this issue to hostgator,but as far got no response,they said they must escalate it to some higher level tech help.I was already long time considering to move away to other host,so maybe it is just necessary kick... I just checked php environments and see,that server address is correct dedicated ip and remote address is listed correct my comp/lan ip.So a bit strange....Any idea what is than wrong ???

  7. Thanks for answer,I am at Hostgator,so I think it is same company now.I also contacted support,but they said,they have to forward it to some higher tech help.I noticed that all started after 7th March,prior this logs have correct ip addresses.Did you check yours ?
  8. Were you able to solve this problem ? I have same problem since few weeks,made no upgrade,so it looks it is some problem with host/server.So just wondering if it was solved prior contacting my host provider.I checked my cpanel visotorĀ“s log and there all ip addresses of visotors are correct and real ones.

Well,just decided to use AIOS,but problem is,that somehow,probably after plugin upgrade,I am not able to add or modify zones.If I click add new zone or modify existing zones,pop up window with error NO states are defined for that country ....Fortunately via database I can modify it,but not via plugin admin.I use AIOS ver 1.0.13 on cubecart 6.1.15.Thanks for any advise or help.

Hi,before it worked for me well,I am not sure if problem started after plugin upgrade,but somehow when I try to add or modify zone,suddenly appear pop up window with error message: no states are defined for that country prior I even select any country.Than when I try to select country or countries,nothing can be selected.Country name is just less visible text,but nothing can be selected.My cc version is 6.1.15 and AIOS version 1.0.13 Anybody had such issue or know what it can cause this problem ?
  12. Hello,thank you,you are probably right,I just wanted to avoid having to set more shipping zones than I use now.But it looks it will be no other way,on other side AIOS is really smart plugin and can solve the problem I have.

Hi,thank you for reply,I use all in one shipping for other shipping methods.Problem is we use it for DHL and there are other shipping zones than what we use in shipping by weight.I need to keep shipping by weight for economy mail.And I would need to disable for example that orders above 200 usd to use shipping by weight.So only all in one shipping will be offered to buyer.I believe it could be arranged by some hook and I would be willing to pay for it.
  14. Hello,could anybody help with configuring shipping by weight modul ? I need to set certain basket total,so if basket exceed this level,shipping by weight will not be available for customers and other shipping variants will be only available.Thank you advance for help.

I believed there is no plugin or code change that could cause this problem,but after checking all active plugins,I realized there is zendesk plugin that I installed some time ago.This plugin is enhanced that allow to see,if buyer is registered customer and show cart content...so I realized this could be the problem.I deactivated it and I can now log in with test accounts.You are really great helper,I would never think this way...This is official plugin from cubecart marketplace.Many many thanks ! Regarding those other errors,especialy with catalog class,do you think this could be also fixed some way ? Once again thanks for your time and help.David

Hello,I use 6.1.15,it was upgraded from modified v5 with fairly many mods.Upgrade was made by semperfiwebservices and I installed also couple of their plugins and store has also some code change.I am confused about login issues,because as far I can not see in admin access logs some numerous failed login attempts by customers.There is also some continuous errors caused by catalogue.class.php file.What would you recommend to do ?

Hi Brian,thank you for your fix,just want to confirm,that it works now with original url in action statement and adding code as adviced in your second post.Thank you a lot for your help,you already help me few times in past,I really appreciate it very much. I would have one more problem to fix,I have some issues with login,I was doing some test orders and found,that when I try to login to front store as buyer with some test accounts,instead of being logged,it returns blank page with just "1" as page source,so probably some issue with ip blocker.I am not sure,if this happens also to buyers,some buyers use express paypal checkout without having to login or register,some register accounts,but strange is,that I tried my test with 3 different test accounts and with any I am not able to login.From admin I can log using Login as... but not from store front.Would you be willing to look in to my problem ? This problem started after my upgrade from v5 to my current 6.1.15 and since upgrade our sales went down,so I am afraid more potential buyers may have same issue.Thank you advance for your advice or help.David

  22. Hi,2checkout gateway plugin I think should be updated,after recent upgrades provided by 2checkout gateway is causing error and customer is not forwarding to payment page.Could anybody look on it and try to fix this plugin that it works ???

Hi,I noticed we have recently unfinished orders of buyers using 2checkout gateway and i found,that after pushing final button and transfering to 2checkout gateway,there is 500 internal error on 2checkout server.They provided recently some upgrades of their administration panels,but as I was informed,it should not affect anyhow payments and configurations or carts,etc. I received this answer from them and enclose it here,is anybody else also having same issue ? I use standard 2checkout gateway with no code changing.Could anybody help ? Thank you for looking in to it and explaining.I think I can live without Shippo plugin,I just rather set all in one shipping and it works,for what I need.But what would you recommend with those other errors ? Is there some way to fix it or find,what is doing those errors ? My old v5 was fairly much modified,there were some mods I do not use anymore,as it was upgraded manually by semperfiwebservices,I believe they did their job well,maybe some old modified coding which was kept is not good.What would you recommend to do ? How it can impact my shop to keep it as it is ? Thank you for your time and help.
