  1. Okay I modified the code as you requested but when I went to my site www.ilovemybigbooty.com it now gives me the http error 500 instead of showing the site and no debug code. I noticed also in the error-log that the error was on the $trace = debug_backtrace(); statement (I should clarify I did have debug enabled but it did not show anything so I disabled it to see if the error would go away and after that I could not access my admin panel again to turn it back on).
  2. no I have not been able to get back into Admin Panel to turn on debug mode. I will turn on debug and add the code you provided as soon as I am able to get back into my Admin Panel. I have asked my hosting company 4 times now how to get access to the system logs or if they can look at them and the agent is just ignoring my requests. They do this when they do not know how to do something I am asking them to do. lol. I will take time to call them a little later today and hopefully get some answers. Thanks again!
  3. I'm wondering why it's using so much memory if my first site that I copied all info from isn't crashing. Both sites are almost identical except my first site has 4 products in it and this new one only has the one product. I was hoping if I could increase the memory limit then I could get into the Admin Panel and try updating or reinstalling my paypal extension and/or look for other issues because I am assuming increasing the memory is just a bandaid and I still need to find out why it is using so much memory. Maybe I best wait for my hosting company to get back to me after they look into it before I start changing things and confuse them more. lol. It's frustrating waiting for them to get back to me. Thanks again.
  4. I just found a section on my hosting accounts website that says they set differing limits on different accounts and if exceed the limit my site wont work. That may be what is happening. I emailed them asking what the limits are. But even if I need more memory, doesn't that mean I have an issue somewhere that is causing me to need more memory? I am wondering if my paypal extension is causing issues because it removed the < from the php script again and I had to add that back and shortly after is when the http error 500 started happening. If my hosting company says my limit is 256m how do I get into my Admin Panel to try to remove the paypal extension to see if that is causing issues? Thanks again for your help!
  5. I just noticed in the error log for my latest attempt to access the Admin Panel, it says "Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted" so the change I made to ini-custom.inc.php file did not increase the allowed memory. Should I try placing the memory limit in htaccess file instead?
  6. uh oh. that's not good. I had all those filled in and were working fine. This is a good reminder for me to switch hosting companies sometime soon. The support either has no clue what they are doing or they are rude and unhelpful. I called and they had no idea where to access error logs and said they had to escalate the issue and I will receive an email when the next team have a chance to look at it. That was last night and of course there has been no email yet. I will call them again tonight. The only email I received from them was an email stating they reset my files to two days ago to see if that helps with the issue. I have no idea what files they reset or how much of my work they undid by this. I do not recommend 1 & 1 inois to anyone.
  7. I thought I made all images according to the recommendations but I will double check when I can get back into the Admin Panel. Everything should be exactly the same as my other store under Aprils-choice, even the same images and product. I modified the ini-custom.inc.php file from 256m to 512m but still am unable to log into the Admin Panel and still receiving the http 500 error.
  8. The error-log just showed up and is showing errors in my database.class.php file on line 1009 which is this line: $trace = debug_backtrace(); under Log Sql Errors Section. The error states: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /homepages/1/d236694210/htdocs/clickandbuilds/cubecart/Ilovemybigbootyshop/classes/db/database.class.php on line 1009
  9. Thanks again. I followed the steps to create an error log but no log is showing so I've contacted my hosting provider and they are looking into it. I cannot even get the Admin Panel to appear now. it gives the 500 error as soon as I login.
  10. Update on my reviews table: I was able to successfully copy over all reviews. I guess I just messed up something the first time. I am new to phpmyadmin and sql so I researched a bit and gave myself a quick lesson in both. I am now getting an error when I try to do anything in Admin Panel. The error says: This page isn’t working ilovemybigbooty.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 I read another post from someone getting this error and you advised them to check Php Info for mbstring Multibyte support and mine says Enabled. I also have a message there is an update to Paypal Commerce so I attempted to update that in case that was causing the issue but I got the http error 500 trying to update that also. Could this be an issue with my hosting provider?
  11. Looks like my reply got deleted or I never hit submit. Thanks for the info. I read the link and created the file and then went into Admin Panel and tried to clear my error log again. It still freezes on a blank screen. There was no error_log file in the main folder but this time after I hit the Back button on my browser to get out of the blank screen I checked the error log and it did clear! Yeah! It's not just the Clear Error Log that is doing it. It's also Clear Admin Activity, Clear Email Logs, and Clear Request Logs. Does that mean it's an issue with Cubecart? Also as far as my reviews table, I reverted back to my original database and can now enter reviews so it was something I did when I copied the database over. I've got a few tests I'm going to run and if I can't get it copied over correctly I will just enter them manually. Thanks again for your help.
  12. Thanks! I created the file and when I tried to clear the error log I still got a blank page and there was no file named error_log in the main folder but it did clear the error log so that's great! I set my database back to it's original and I can now add reviews through the admin panel so it must have been something with my copied review table. I will try to copy the database over again. If it fails after that I will just add them manually. Thanks again for your help!
  13. I used phpMyAdmin. I just exported the reviews database and downloaded it to my computer and then imported it to the new domain's database and changed the table's name to reflect the new database. I've never used phpMyAdmin before so I'm not sure if I did it correct. Never used SQL either. I've reversed everything back out again and am back to my original info but I have been having another issue and now I wonder if it's related. When I go into Maintenance and try to clear the system error log the screens goes blank and it just freezes. After I converted everything back to before I copied the review database the maintenance section to clear error log still freezes. I'm not sure how to correct this and am thinking about just reinstalling cc and starting over from scratch.
  14. I'm thinking somehow I messed things up when I copied the reviews table into my new dataase. I will try setting the database back to its original and then try copying again and see what happens. If I still can't figure it out I will just have to reset the databases and manually copy over all reviews. Thanks for your help. I appreciate you taking your time to offer suggestions and will let you know how it goes.
  15. hmm. another interesting thing I just noticed I received an email stating I have received a new product review from when I entered a review manually. There is a link to click to take you to the review to moderate and when I click the link it takes me to the Admin Panel but still says "no reviews have been made". Maybe I will delete the review table I copied over and then see if manually entered reviews show up then and take it from there.
  16. oh I just realized my two stores are not running the same version, would that cause database issues? The first store I never upgraded so its still at 6.2.5
  17. This is all of the recent errors in the System Error Log: Sorry I'm having a difficult time getting them to paste neatly. [<strong>Notice</strong>] /homepages/1/d236694210/htdocs/clickandbuilds/cubecart/Ilovemybigbootyshop/admin_bdoybl/sources/settings.errorlog.inc.php:69 - Undefined variable: smarty_data Today, 01:53 [<strong>Notice</strong>] /homepages/1/d236694210/htdocs/clickandbuilds/cubecart/Ilovemybigbootyshop/classes/db/database.class.php:960 - `product_id` is not allowed as a key in 'CubeCart_reviews' table! 18. The first store database was called rojo so the table was rojo_CubeCart_reviews and I copied it over and renamed it to the second store's database name ilmbb_CubeCart_reviews.
  19. I will check again to be sure. Usually when I have issues it's the stupid little mistakes I make like that.
  20. I also see this error from when I manually entered a review: "File: [cubecart.class.php] Line: [2733] "INSERT INTO `ilmbb_CubeCart_reviews` (`name`,`email`,`title`,`review`,`customer_id`,`anon`,`rating`,`product_id`,`ip_address`,`time`) VALUES ('test','[email protected]','test review','this is a test','0','0','5','1','','1593324109');" - Table 'dbs432076.ilmbb_CubeCart_reviews' doesn't exist" and this: "File: [products.reviews.inc.php] Line: [212] "SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS * FROM `ilmbb_CubeCart_reviews` LIMIT 10 OFFSET 0;" - Table 'dbs432076.ilmbb_CubeCart_reviews' doesn't exist" So even though I see my table under the database in myphpadmin, my store cannot find it so I messed it up somehow copying it over. Maybe I should copy the first stores Cubecart_inventory table over also instead of manually entering it?
  21. I see in the System Error Log it says "File: [dashboard.index.inc.php] Line: [312] "SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS * FROM `ilmbb_CubeCart_reviews` LIMIT 25 OFFSET 0;" - Table 'dbs432076.ilmbb_CubeCart_reviews' doesn't exist". So it's saying my table does not exist. I guess I did something wrong when I copied it over from my first store's database to my second store's database. When I go in Phpmyadmin it shows the table under database dbs432076 ilmbb_CubeCart_reviews and lists the data in it but the error log says it does not exist. I'm not sure why.
  22. I enabled debug and added my ip. I'm not sure what you mean by go to 'Reviews list'? Do you mean to look for reviews on my webpage or somewhere in the Admin Panel?
  23. I just saw I forgot to reply to your reply. Thanks again. I've changed the wording to "Accept Cookies" to make it more understandable.
  24. I didn't copy any other tables over but I manually added the product and all other info. The Product_id is 1 for my product in Cubecart_inventory but in Cubecart_reviews( that I copied over from my first store)the product_id is 4 because it is the fourth product I created on the store, so I manually changed all records in Cubecart_inventory product_id from a 4 to a 1 so the reviews will match the inventory, but they still do not show nor do any show when I manually enter a review. When I click on Admin Panel under Reviews it just says "no reviews have been made" and also on the website there are no reviews being shown.
  25. I'm having an issue with my product reviews not showing. I opened a second store and copied my review table from my original stores database to my new stores database but none of the reviews are showing. In case I messed something up copying the Review table, as a test I went into my Admin Panel and manually added a review and it still says no reviews and none show on the site. I went onto my site and wrote a review that way and it does not show on the site and in the Admin Panel it still says no reviews. Anyone have any ideas? I appreciate any help and thanks ahead of time!
