Thanks for the replies. The Email addresses were butchered by me to hide them. I think the clients ISP was claiming it as spam. A reply to the client through Thunderbird was rejected. I did contact my hosting and they replied that they hadn't configured the DKIM, which they have now done. They also gave me the info for setting up the SMTP. I will try to reconfigure Cubecart from php mail to SMTP ssl.

thanks for the advice. I finally decided to do a fresh install with 6.4.10 by softocolous on my hoster. now reinstalling images and paypal module. Still some problems. digital options list doesn't refresh, so files uploaded directly to/files/ dont show. Image list does refresh. dates still have % everywhere Can't find where to not accept credit cards except through paypal. There's no 'module' tab on the left.

back again I did the upgrade to 6.4.10 and as usuall the process stalled at 20%. I now have 6.4.10 with a database 6.4.5. I s there any way of tweeking th edatabase to be 6.4.10?

hello My cube instaklation seems to be a mess. I have 6.4.9 with 6.4.5 datbase, and dates are wierd and adding digital products isn't working. what options should i choose for backup of mmy data base? Softolocous on my host invites me to upgrade to 6.4.10. I intend to try that âth.

Hello Since I reinstalled to 6.4.9 my dates have a strange format orders have dates like %23 %b %2023, %09:%Feb in settings advanced the format is %d %b %Y, %H:%M my maintence page says Upgrade History CubeCart Version Date 6.4.5 %22 %b %2022, %00:%Jun 6.4.4 %20 %b %2022, %20:%Mar it also tells me WARNING: Your store is not up-to-date. Version 6.4.10 is available but you are running 6.4.9. The last time I tried upgrade the system froze and i had to reinstall. any help much appreciated.
