I had a person buy something through the visitor option. when I go to print off the order it gives me a 502 bad gateway error. this is the first time it has done this and it doesn't do it to any other orders. any idea what this may be? im using 5.2.14 I pushed the save and update button and it fixed it. disregard this post

I was checking in stats and noticed that I have two robot.txt folders. how do I get rid of one. they are marked /robots.txt and //robots.txt . I am using 5.2.14

how do we do it? credit cards are secured by the card companies. could I not erase the card data after use?

no I don't have ssl hooked up. I see the part it says card details but it only shows view under ssl. so if I get the ssl it will show it to me correct?

I am trying to use the card capture but it wont show the credit card details anywhere. where do I find them at? I am using 5.2.14

when i push on mobile at the bottom and i goto the bottom of the mobile page, it says desktop site and underneath that it says oscommerce by cubecart. how do i hide that?

i tried to delete the unwanted data from my phpMyAdmin but it is not listed in there. this is definitely a bug. i would go back to my saved data and reupload the program but since its a BUG i don't think that would be wise. i am submitting a ticket to cubecart to fix this instead of reuploading. i have been messing with the cubecart platform for around 10 years. when something like this happens sometimes you need to goto those who have knowledge about it. normaly i get a great response and things get fixed when on the forums. when you don't get a response from anyone knowledgeable about whats going on. that tells you cubecart needs to be contacted.

I have been getting spammed pretty hard. I have to delete 2 pages of bogus customer spam entries a day. today I tried to delete the entries and i have 2 that wont delete. when i try to delete the top one the one under it deletes. then i try to delete the first one and it wont delete . so i push cutomer list and the second one i just deleted pops back up. i had a customer order and i seen that he had payed but couldn't see him or the order unless i went to dashboard and it said order waiting. not sure if this is a bug or what it could be. also "order successfully updated" wont delete when i push the orders section. any suggestions? i am using the new updated version from 5.2.13 to 5.2.14

I am using seomon a website checker. when you input my domain into it it says Subdomain www.directknifesales.com î…¤ of domain 'directknifesales.com' in zone .com I am thinking the hosting provider did a redirect to the www but didn't use the .htaccess to do it so I am not sure if its good to do it this way or if there is a way to make the www the root .com. I don't see anywhere where they changed anything to the .htaccess file.

I have been trying to get my website to redirect directknifesales.com to www.directknifesales. I asked my webhost for help and they made the www.directknifesales.com a subdomain to directknifesales.com. is this the correct way or are they way off? they didn't do anything in the .htaccess file. it does redirect to www not but not sure if its in the correct way. I don't want my main page showing as a sub domain do I? I am using 5.2.12
