try your includes/global.inc file.

It means what it says. The install directory has to be deleted. You can do this with FTP or by logging on to your hosting control panel/file manager and deleting it.

That may be your problem. I would upload from the uploads directory or make sure you have your admin/index.php upoaded.

Is your admin directory uploaded and complete?

There's no reason your site cannot be spidered unless you have a robots.txt preventing it. if you do, delete the file. Your site has other problems.
