I followed one of Brian S ideas about changing the codes and I did , the link works for example http://yourdomain/store/index.php?_a=unsubscribe&[email protected] but how I should include it in my newsletter e-mail so customer can remove themselves , each time they do te CC add them not removing This is huge issue right now and it seems nobody care ? where the all big brain guys HELP lol Cath

Actually, the Unsubscribe option that does not work, I can remove the customer only from the Admin Mailing list as the Unsubscribe link add only the e-mail and not remove it anymore Subscription Please enter your email address below to subscribe or to be removed from our mailing list. after that I get message : Your email address has been added to our mailing list. but not unsubscribed/removed try for yourself and add your e-mail 2 times, there is no way you get unsubscribed, http://www.mec4d.com/store/index.php?_a=unsubscribe thanks in advance Cath

Thank you guys for the support, you know what blocked the Front Store and create white pages? a plugin store/modules/plugins/MagicThumb after I disabled it everything was working fine again, stupid thing! wasted 2 of my days Thanks Noodleman for the support I followed your advice but nothing changed so I went back to the log and saw the fresh new error entry and it gives me a hint to disable it and shock! the only thing is it was working after update to V6 and then decided to mess up everything later. I found nothing, I can;t return to CCV5 as my new PHP version does not work correctly with it , my store generate blank pages, and beside admin panel nothing else is working, I can't change the URL to what it was for years as the SEO generate whatever it want not product name related, total mess ignoring my settings. I just wondering how everything worked this morning after the update to CCV6 and suddenly after 2 hours later no more. I need to make it work or I will be in big troubles.

Hi , I have a problem with this section of my store, after migrating to a new server the admin.php?_g=filemanager&mode=digital does not load anymore and digital products can't be downloaded by customers. In the menu bar under File Manager, the Download link does not perform at all anymore and I get error 500 after 20 sec. Thanks Cath Cubecart.5.2.17

Al ..This is the major bug for me since Cubecart 5.0 and should be added to the core as the way it is now it just don't works for digital orders created manually by the admin as no download link are send by e-mail or showing up in the download account section . I bothered Brian with this problem since I upgraded to cc5 , so thanks for the fix mate there is still problem with resetting digital orders made previously using cc version 4 + and after upgrade to cc5 there is no way to reset them at all and I am doing it manually with more than 3K customers on a daily basic

Thanks Guys , the registration stopped now and no more fake customers registrations , I am getting still from time to time spam reviews but it become less like 1 or 2 in a week compared to the crazy flood , still the reviews need to be approved anyway so I am good thanks for the tips ! Cath

Hi , after the new update 5.2.4 I got the sale statistic graph on the dashboard with reversed years , the blue 2013 showing the info from 2012 and the 2012 showing the 2013 actual data statistic . and it is per month , I really like the one before with the daily values of the last 2 months.. this new one do make not sense to be even in the dashboard as the same info I can see just bellow it is there a way to switch back to the monthly-daily statistic graph on the dashboard ? also after the last update to 5.2.4 I am getting tons of spam under my product review comments , they do not show on the page as I need approve them but this morning I had to clean over 100 again under admin .. thanks for your reply if any

After waiting for months I still have no answer for my problem , 1. Under ADMIN There is no more visible Download Link under the Order Overview none Date of expiration as it was in CC 4. 2. After previews update from 4 to 5 all download links can't be reset anymore and does not show up in the Download section of the customer no matter expired or not, there are blank pages from orders made with CC 4 , what left are only the Order History that is in tact . 3. When I create custom Order for my customer , The download link is not send vis e-mail or show under Download Section , the Order show up in the Order History but not under Download section and there is not way to find out what is the download link for this digital order , this is CC5 problem since I never had any problems before with Cube Cart what is sent to the customer is only Invoice notification but not download link thank you for your time I updated today to the last CC version and still it does not fixed my problem I have for months now

The silence mean there is still not solution for this problem with resetting old download link ?

My coupons does not works when I use the value , for example $5 the discount show as off but not under the total .. only % works correctly when creating coupons or GC and I updated yesterday to the last V5 versions , my customer woke me up around 2: 00 am in the morning with this problem , I had to change it to % and it worked

before reset record: the number in the 'expire' : 1192552021 the number in the 'downloads' 1 Refreshed the view in phpMyAdmin. the number in the 'expire' column : 1192552021 the number in the 'downloads' column: 1 I am not surprised it does not works with the reset .. btw I even tried to set the order on cancel status then back to complete, I got the notification after that but nothing changed in the cart_id record the order is from Oct 14 2007 and the expiration date show it was from 2011 and it was never reset before .. as there are no one order with expiration before 2011 .. so something is wrong , usual I give my customer expiration to max 3 days after purchase or after reset. Everything working fine before upgrading from V4 to V5 and new order reset working also ( beside the one created under admin ) as it also not create any records under the card_id Thanks for your help

Updated to the last Cubecart Version and for my issues nothing changed , I even tried to change the skin to see if there anything change , well what I got more was just a text for all downloads from Cubecart version 4 : Download is No more available . If at last I can create myself an order for digital products I could fix it but this don't works ..as the download orders made by Admin are not generated in the Cubecart_downloads table so I guess it is nothing on my side .. thanks

Ok I got access, the Order created by the Admin for the customer manually does not show up in the table CubeCart_downloads , there is not record of this order under the downloads table the record is under the Order_History as well that why it show up under the Customer Area .. Btw I checked the table, Order_History and there are not orders older as the one after updates to V5 , however they show up in the Downloads table as well but some way I can't get them to show up the download link after reset well I am cubecart user since the v3 and until now I never had any problem with .. until V5 ... I need to fix it or I lose my business as the customers don't care they want download product they paid for .. so please give me some idea ASAP Thanks

That is OK, thank you for your time, I can't access phpMyAdmin on this moment so we have to wait for the fixation by my hosting account provider. Well my customers don't have problem with any orders when they purchase it , I even tried with test account and working without problem . The problem is ONLY when creating an order via Admin Panel or reset Old orders that was made before the update to V5 , as it does not place any download access link in the Customer Area , just the Order I checked like 5 times, in the test Customer Area I see already 2 pages , but when I click view ALL nothing show up, I guess they are there somewhere but not linked Also the confirmation e-mail about the finalized order is sent to the Test Customer but not the one with download access and the same to all orders that was created before the update to V5 , orders are there but not Dowload access even after reset, the download link does not working ether from the old orders but I read your old post reply when I searched the forum for more info . I will provide you with the additional information as soon as I get access again to phpMyAdmin I am going also to update the cubecart to the last version and see if the other problems was fixed Thank you Cath

Hi, thank you for your reply, I missed the notification , I set the max to 800 px int he file you suggested , the new images are generated at 800px as well , but they does not show up at the resolution , and I believe it is not just the skin here as the same resolution show when I look on the preview images under admin , they just have fixed size and no way to see them the way it was before , I did not edit anything , the skin I use was designed by someone else and they try to fix it without any success , at this moment I am using java script for a zoom effect in place of the full image preview as i is still fixed at 500 height in both skin and under admin , when I installed V5 it was all good then next day it does not worked anymore at no reason , I have set my images as follow thumbs 240 px mini thumbs gallery 50 px product page image 500 px max preview 800 px ( not loading ) it is funny , as the wide working as well and is unlimited when I upload for example image in resolution 500 x 1500 it show up but not 1500 x 500 as it will resize it to fixed 500px height Thank you Cath

I have problem since upgrade to V5 paid version from V4 I have a lot of orders from years back, after I click the download reset the download link not showing up in the customer area . Also when I create a new order manually , the order show up but not download link . Only new orders after update to v5 show up with download links but only when made by customers I can't reset anything what was purchased on v4 , I mean I can but without any changes and my customers are mad about , it is really urgent I tried to cancel some of the order and complete them manually , still everything works beside the download link Thanks for the support Cath

I use the Cubecart v5 pro , I have problem with the images that show max resolution 500 pix , where the max is set to 650 , I cleaned the cache once before and it help but still after adding new products the maximum resolution is 500px , even into the Admin when I check the images so it have nothing to do with the template . Where I can change this, my template ( outside the standard is set to show maximum ) and also I see in the cache the 650 px versions but they never load . Also I can't update to the last version getting error in the admin section, also downloading the full backup of file does not work . I usually never had any problem with my old v4 but this new one create me some headache , also when I create custom order for my client the download link does not show up in the customer account , only orders created by the customers show the link in the section . Also under the Sale Items , you can't sort the products by date or new release it is totally chaos , and that is v5 bug and should be fixed . My Cubecart version is V5 1.5 , did not updated to the last one because of the above issues that prevent me from doing it . Also I would like to shut down the right slide in search thing in the Admin it is annoying !!! thank you for reply in advance Cath
