The cache problem was odd, yes the files are small, what was happening was the CC was generating cache files for no reason I could fathom. Daily, a huge amount, after 2 months it quickly approaching my bandwidth allowance on my host. That is why my host informed me of a problem. I disabled cache in admin, logged out, returned and enabled it. Its behaving now? very strange.

My web page has an odd problem that is not an issue but has me curios, On a PC all the fonts are normal ariel black, on a phone, (android) the font changes to script. I have no problem with this but its got me puzzled as to why. Thank you

I have now got my CC5 running smooth and am very happy with it. While loading product today, after each product, I always check the shipping by going into the basket to see all is ok. I got a message block stating that my shipping module was not set or item was over weight. This was a puzzle as earlier all had worked ok. I checked everything and all boxes were ticked and correct. On a hunch I went on line to see if Australian post was working-- The AU post, Sunday June 25, was down for upgrade for 3 hours. Just thought It may happen to you and it would drive you crazy as it would be a last thing to think of.

Im sorry if I got a little frustrated, I have a jewelry and gift store with CC and my problem is as follows, I have a huge amount of product that we offer. I want to upgrade to CC5 but have the following problem, I do not ship by weight. when loading product this is my problem :- Mens diamond ring $500 ship free. Mens diamond ring $30 , shipping $6.95. mens diamond ring $150 shipping $6.95 Snow skis, $50 shipping $23.95 snow ski $600 ship free, ( they weigh the same.) It would be nice to be able to add shipping each time I add a product. Sorry again for my attitude, not called for and not needed Tony

Out of shear frustration I wrote to CC about the shipping cost problems I have with CC5. Here is the letter I sent and the reply. It may answer a lot of questions to do with setting up shipping costs . To CC, The CC5 shipping method is a deal breaker, its a nightmare of confusion. What's this weight nonsense. All that is needed per item listed is a box saying shipping cost, Is that so hard? I now use CC3 and the shipping works well. Will have to look for another cart that has shipping available for each product listed. Nothing complicated, just simply put shipping cost in a box. bsmither, Thank you for your reply, it pointed me in the right direction, Prior to loading CC5 i had tried Magento cart. I have been a CC customer with my sites since 2005. But I thought I would look at the competition. In Cpanel I took your advice and looked for an incorrect file. After looking for a long time it suddenly jumped out at me, there for all to see was a Magento file in with the CC5 doc files. No clue how it got there but removed it and all now works well. Thank you for your help, you made me look into the files Best to you Tony

On home page I have my documents, eg; About us, Contact us, Privacy Policy, etc. When i click to open nothing happens. Status is on, any suggestions as to why this is happening, Its a new install of the program.
