  1. Indeed I am taking an interest in the error log. Nothing like a 5GB error log after going unnoticed for so long. By the way BSMITHER, the fix you recommended worked! No more issues appearing in the error logs regarding that. Thank you for all of your help! It is greatly appreciated. The new templates are much nicer how they display products. I may consider using one of the new templates and customizing it a little.
  2. The Category is not disabled as other products are being displayed without issue. The product works fine in a different categories. the problem is there are several hundred items. I don't know which items are not being displayed. I suppose adding a new category and migrating everything over would solve the problem. I have a ticket opened. Perhaps they will find a fix tomorrow. I will keep the board posted with what I find.

  4. I was comparing the configs earlier and thought about adding that line but didn't know if that was it. I just added. The alerts happen about every 5 minutes. I will check back and let you know if that resolved it.
  5. I am slowly knocking out errors in the event logs after my upgrade. Upgraded from 5.2.16 to 6.0.2 Here is my latest error: PHP Notice: No image mode set in /home/####/public_html/classes/catalogue.class.php on line 1225 I am using an old custom template built off the Kurouto Template back from version 5. Any ideas on what the heck this is asking for?
  6. The affected products that are not being displayed are only associated to one category.
  7. Thank you BSmither. I executed the command and the table was created. I will keep an eye on the error log but that should have fixed it.
  8. Upgraded from 5.2.16 to 6.0.2. We noticed that certain products aren't being displayed in the product category. The product is Active and in Stock. If we move the product to another category it works however if we put it back to the correct category it won't be displayed. Any ideas?
  9. Is it okay that I complete dropped that table? When I did the upgrade it didn't readd it. My Error logs are populating with the following error: PHP Notice: `customer_id` is not allowed as a key in 'CubeCart_saved_cart' table! in /home/####/public_html/classes/db/database.class.php on line 852
  10. I simply dropped the table 'CubeCart_saved_cart' performed the upgrade and it worked. I tested with adding and removing from shopping cart and placed a test order. All orked.
  11. This website has been around since Cubecart 3 and upgraded of course. I don't recall if there are any addons.
  12. Yes that is Odd. Since I restored from a backup I will have to attempt this again. I will attempt another upgrade this weekend.
  13. I just attempted to upgrade 5.2.16 to 6.0.2 and ran into an issue of not being able to add an item to the shopping cart. Kept getting an error stating that the item was no longer available and has been removed from your basket. I cleared the cache directory and the issue was never resolved. The error log kept populating with [06-Apr-2015 19:02:43 America/Chicago] PHP Notice: `customer_id` is not allowed as a key in 'CubeCart_saved_cart' table! in /home/********/public_html/classes/db/database.class.php on line 852 Any Ideas? I restored to a backup until I know there is a fix for this problem.

  16. I setup Google merchant Account and linked to sitemap.xml.gz. I receive an error: No Line XML Formatting Error so no products get added. Any ideas?
  17. The admin login worked fine. Support was able to repair the database. I am up and running again.
  18. Tried Clearing the Cache and then found errors in the event logs. Table './b****_store/CubeCart_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired Table 'b******_store.CubeCart_code_snippet' doesn't exist I can't find these tables in the database.
  19. New User account isn't possible. When I click the register button the page refreshes. There is no confirmation that account was created. I can see the account on the admin side however it isn't possible to login with the new account. I checked CubeCart_customer in the database. All passwords are listed as well as a salt value. Issue still exists.

  21. Using I believe 5.2.2. No changes lately however customers can't login. When a client tries to login they get nothing. It's like the page refreshes. You can reset the password all day long. No one can login. I submitted a ticket but they sent me a screenshot showing the admin panel works fine. This is a high traffic store. Any ideas?
  22. if I have a plugin installed would I have to reinstall plugin after upgrade?
  23. I am running Cubecart 5.0.8. Everything has worked great until now. I am unable to save items. When I click save it automatically sends me to the dashboard and the item changes won't save. If I add an item the item won't save. When I hit save it sends me again to the cubecart dashboard. Item is not added. Windows 7 and IE9. No Addons and I reset the internet settings.
  24. Are we sure this is a data issue? If Al fixed it for a user and it reverted back it, I would hope the store isn't deleting data.
  25. This is a huge problem. I cannot believe they keep releasing updates causing this many problems. Is it safe to restore CubeCart_order_inventory without it over writing new order data after the upgrade?
