  1. If your after a mod for this you need to visit cubecartforums.org, just follow the link in my signature and ask over there.
  2. Im just running Vista home premium with windows firewall at present.
  3. Go over to cubecartforums.org (link in my signature) they deal with third party issues :yeahhh:
  4. Create a class in layout.css (just copy subsurround attributes but with another name ie.subsurroundcart) and change the background color to whatever you want in it, then change the cart.tpl class to subsurroundcart (or whatever you named it). I think that should do it :yeahhh:
  5. I get the same on my localhost, never got round to sorting it.
  6. You need to adapt your css layout to work with CC. Not too difficult, dependant on the skin that is, you could always take a look at cubecartforums.org as they take care of third party issues and that is where the Cubecart skinners reside.
  7. What version of CC you running, I dont think 3.0.16 does this but older versions do it by default. You cant take those buttons away once it has been added, what if they want to add more ??
  8. Have you set up a database for your store before loading CC ???
  9. Might be best to ask over at cubecartforums.org, its the place that deals with third party stuff and theres some excellent coders over there, try rattling their brains. Just follow my signature
  10. Try putting a background-repeat: repeat; in the subsurround + check your div's. Burgensteen
  11. open includes/ global.inc and you will see your db details. Burgensteen
  12. In your layout.css you have created a new class for this called sessiondiv (line111) you need to change width: 300px; and make it a little wider. Hope that helps Burgensteen
  13. Its been removed from there. Maybe the author has sold it as exclusive, either way its not available at present. Im sure the author will know best, try contacting them over at cubecartforums.org as its a third party matter (Stevie or Willow) . Believe me if they can help they will...their jolly nice chaps Burgensteen
  14. Unless there are some very detailed instructions on how to install ioncube & zend for all/most configurations I think lots of people may sadly consider going elsewhere . For a complete beginner it seems to be a minefield, I have had lots of people pm'ing me over at CCF.org on how to get V4 working and I believe already some are moving away from CC because of it.
  15. I agree with Stevie, also the currency & language dropdown need more depth, the text in the box is practicaly illegible at present. All in all a very nice site. Burgensteen
  16. You should keep going, youve got off to a good start, there are some layout issues but you obviously have an eye for design. If this is your first website then believe me a week is no time at all. Some issues are: Featured product image goes over title. Layout needs reduced width as its not a good idea to scroll left/right to see the page(my opinion). A bit of space under your box titles. Nothing too major to rectify, keep going with the store, not much more to do now my friend. Burgensteen
  17. As this is a third party matter, you need to ask over at cubecartforums.org (just follow the link in my signature). There is one but the forum rules dont allow me to give you link here, follow my link and ask again. :o
  18. Very nice, You got a small prob with the table on this page , just above 'moving wording'. The side of the table box is missing + maybe a back button on this page as once your on it you need to use your browser back button to go back to the store. Otherwise a very nice site, well done. 19. Follow the link in my signature, thats where all the skinners hang out + there are some free ones over there :o
  20. Mysty, Why not install windows VPC + IE6, I just did this a couple of days ago and it saves a lot of headaches. One thing I would say is you need a lot of memory and a fast processor to get the real benefit as it uses a lot of rescources, but worth it if your using Vista and skinning. I got it so I can design while away from my desktop and only have my laptop with Vista and it works well as you can see all browsers over main and virtual o/s's which I think is far more convenient than dual boot. just a thought Burgensteen
  21. Just download CC again and take a copy of the info.tpl file, that way you will always have a good set of files to refer back to if you need it. Burgensteen
  22. Best place to ask this is in the thrid party site. Follow the link in my signature. Burgensteen
  23. Not sure what youve been doing here ??? You need to open yourskin/ stylesheets/ layout.css, Find: boxTitleleft. , boxTitleRight; and add the url to the title image you are trying to use (or rename your image to the one already used for the current background). Then adjust the height and width within this class + I always add background-repeat: none; within the class. That should sort out the box tops. But while your in the layout.css you should adjust the bocContent class width aswell (just play about until the middle column is wide enough. The latest prods are done within admin. Open your product and make sure you have clicked yes for ''Include in latest products in homepage?.' In your admin general settings page click yes for 'Show Latest Products on homepage?' and set the amount of products to be shown with 'Number of latest products to show:' If I understood youcorrectly that should solve the problem
  24. Follow the link in my signature and ask over there, there is one and i am sure you will be pointed in the right direction if you ask over there Burgensteen
