Hi all, I find ir necessary to migrate a cubecart V5 install over to a new server. Are there any implications in doing this and how easy or difficult is it. Is there any instructions anywhere on how best to do that? Many Thanks

Hi I installed the new version 5.2.2. I used the Crosshatch skin and added a product. I can still use the admin area, fully, but the shop itself has stopped loading and all i now get is a blank page in firefox, website cannot be displayed in IE. I can access admin in both browsers just not the site Anybody got any ideas whats going on???? Thanks

Hi, Is there any way we can remove the prices showing when in catalogue mode. If not can we change the price so that it says POA for price on application. Thanks in advance :)

Hi Thanks for your help Tried your suggestion and it did help to layout the individual product, however, when buying a second product it just displayed over the top of the first one. Still working on it though

I am having a layout issue once a product is added to the basket. The products has up to 4 product options available to it, if all the options are selected you cannot read them once in the basket (see image below) I am thinking it may be a css issue but I am no expert and dont know where to look. Hi all, Getting to grips a bit better with CC5 now but there are a few things I would like to know how to do. Try this one far starters. On the basket page there is an option to Add Gift Certificate or Coupon, how do I remove this option cmpletely. My site will not have use for coupons or gift ertificates. Many Thanks

I want to be able to add a link to About Us for example directly under the link for the homepage and above the link for your first category (Advertising)

HI all, I am working with CC5. I want to be able to add page links into the main navigation. EG i would like to put an about us page link underneath the link for the homepage and above the caegories. I would like to add maybe 2 or 3 links into this main navigation panel. I tried to manually add it to the box.navigation page in y theme but it did nothing. Can anyone help out? CVheers

I have since noticed that the tax feature works correctly as long as long as you are logged in

Hi all I have a small shop with only 24 products in it at the moment and I am having trouble with the tax. When selecting a product and putting it into the basket then continuing to checkout the shop has not added any tax. IN the individual products the Tax Class: is set to standard tax which is 17.5% and in the general settings under locale the 'Include tax in prices? (With this enabled you must add tax into the price of the goods and it is applied to all customers)' is currently set to no. I assumed that if this was set to no that the tax would be added to the product and not included in the price. I also tried this with it set to yes but it didn't make any difference. Hi All This is a strange request for an ecommerce package, but, is it possible to switch off the payment gateway and just use the shop as a catalogue of products. All I need is for the user to request further information on the product. There may be a time later on where I will want to process the purchase onine but at this moment in time it is not required. Hi All Been using CC for a couple of years now and it does just about everything I want it to. However I now a requirement to install a new shop on new website and I have a couple of questions which I have not had to think about before. When you are viewing a product or have added it to the basket, sometimes there are other products listed below, in the "Customers who bought this also bought…" area. 1. My question is can you manipulate what products appear in this area, either globally or individually. For example if I have a shopper in the Merchandise category area Can I have just merchandise products in that area or is it totally random from the whole shop. I want to be able to put just selected products in this area which could be specific to individual products and/or categories. 2. Does CC handle subscription payments, eg for a magazine subscription Hope this makes sense. Many Thanks
