  1. just upgraded a site from 5.2.5 to 5.2.7 and paid for order status stays as pending? Is this a known problem with this release please? Any ideas where I should begin to look to resolve it?
  2. want to change the product order to productCode in CC4, this is really easy in CC3, I don't want to buy a mod and have to change a setting for every product, want to do the same as in CC3. Is this possible please?

Looking at the files it looks simple enough - famous last words - to sort out the files in \modules I guess I add a couple of lines to the database table CubeCart_Modules below moduleId module folder status default 1 shipping Free_Shipping 1 0 2 gateway Print_Order_Form 0 1 3 3rdparty Google_Analytics 1 0 4 shipping Flat_Rate 1 0 5 gateway PayPal 1 0 7 shipping Next_Day 1 0 8 shipping ANO 1 0 but must be missing a table somewhere where the price will be recorded. Very unfamilier with playing with databases so if anyone can give me a steer on this would appreciate it.

  5. I added Estelles fix to one of my sites and indeed the improvement is marked. However, now I get some orders set to pending instead of processing. I think the problem is caused by having a 7% discount on all products and the subsequent rounding errors effecting the cart totals. So try adding products to the basket on 11essence.co.uk to see what I mean: White Pomander Pom02 2 £18.66 Subtotal: £33.31 The sub total should be £33.32 Paypal works it out correctly and so the customer pays a penny more than the invoice in cubecart says. PayPay and Cubecart do not balance therefore the order is set to pending rather than processing. Any ideas how to get the subtotal adding up correctly?
  6. I found that deleting the category column enabled me to import the file OK, so I guess the categories in hte spreadsheet need to be pre configured in the store. Thanks

  10. I have the same problem, trouble is customers are buying it and the price is wrong. If anyone knows how to solve this I would be very grateful...
  11. Anyone come across this before: A product search from the shop finds a product that has been deleted from the back office? You try to buy it and are notified that the product cannot be found, yet it adds one to the shopping cart. Searching for the same product in the back office and it is not there. So, product does not exist yet it is shown in the shop, cant be bought or show more details becasue then it cannot be found, so stock must be zero yet one is added to the basket. Settings are such that you cannot buy out of stock products (so assume not able to buy non existent either) product version 3.0.17 ANy suggestions very welcome.

  14. Yes! What he's doing is manual credit card processing. He needs to be able to securely capture the credit card details, and then he'll run them through his credit card terminal at his warehouse. Hmmm.... eCommerce CNP transactions processed as CP or MOTO not strictly within card scheme rules. Probably not got a terminal either
  15. Yes, this is how you are actually supposed to do it. Proper payment gateways will allow you to do this such as WorldPay. However bear in mind that the original online authorisation will expire by about day 5 so you need to be ready to deliver and then perform the capture before then. Otherwise you could pre auth the transaction, take a deposit even, and then auth and capture at a later point when you are ready to fulfill the order
  16. I am having trouble with the message 3005 error now. Paypal has worked previously but just when we go live and get the google ads going it packs up. Transfer from checkout to paypal page (standard with IPN) login and get the error. email address used is the same in the paypal account as the cubecart gateway settings, everything else looks OK. Any ideas Please? UPDATE: Merchant had not replied to the setup email from paypal - once this was done it worked fine!
  17. I have a a category with no products in it, though on the view categories admin page it says there are 2 products. How do I find them or how do I delete the category? Another category has 7 products in it but the category page thinks ther are 10. Confused? Let me know if you have any ideas on how to resolve please.
  18. Does anyone know how to change the homepage link in the category box on the store homepage? The admin link works fine but I cannot find the corresponding link to edit for the store homepage. Cheers
