I'm having the same problem too
Seems there's lots of hiccups in this new release 
Actually it works fine and I have successfully upgraded two stores. There was a problem with some file corruption in the original release files so I would recommend re downloading the 4.3.4 package and overwrite the old files just in case. (take care if you have any mods and make backups first)

Glad its fixed, but you should run the upgrade from every release because sometimes there are changes to the database

Have you run the upgrade, if not upload the setup folder and navigate to yourstore.com/setup and run the upgrade.

You may have a missing file, if you dont have any mods re upload the admin folder and its contents.

if you have done nothing to the store I would ask your hosting company if they did something to the server. You should however uograde your store.

Hi, the form should keep the values entered by the customer even if the registration fails, I am not sure why your's does not, have you upgraded recently?
Personally I have removed the captcha completely from the registration page as generally there is no need for it and even massive online stores do not do this. If you want to do the same then the post below will show you how.

The logo is an image, if you go into your admin side and click on the logo link to the left of your page which takes you to Logo Management. You should see the default logo and its size in pixels. You create a new image of your own logo and upload it there.

Is there a different path for this than stated above? I'm using 4.3.0 and I don't have that path, what I have is:
cart>language>en>admin or
cart>language>en>includes>content
If I look under the second path, there is a page entitled reg.inc.php.
If that is the page to edit, would I just change what's on the right after the => e.g., 'postal code'?
You don't have to edit any files, you can make the changes through your Admin side.

Are you sure its uploaded in binary, this error has occured many times and the fix above always works, what ftp program do you use?

Possible, I don't know enough about that to say. I did notice that the path to the capture image did not look right, it was missing &_a=verifyGD at the end.

There is a hack, I will have a look for it. I see you have a modded skin, make sure you have made all the updates to the skin, there were a few from your original version. Check the news and updates section. http://forums.cubecart.com/index.php?showforum=1
You can turn off the spam code through admin, general settings, but that disables it everywhere.

See if you host has changed anything on the server. Permission 755 should be ok for the cache folder, leaving any folders with permissions set to 777 is not secure.

It looks like a problem with how php is set on the server. Unless you are familiar with servers my advice would be to install it on suitable hosting which nowdays is very cheap, it will work far better and be less headaches in the longrun than your own pc.

Also there was a change in the skin code and as you went from 4.3.0 to 4.3.3 you may have missed it.

You can get a 30 day trial of version 4 here http://www.cubecart.com/free-trial but its not possible to change background colours and text colours through admin.
Everyone is on a budget, but it would not cost too much to have your skin modified or have a custom skin made. It would pay in the end with sales.

The latest free version is 3.0.20 and you should upgrade to the latest release because it included a security patch. You will have to pay if you want version 4 which does contain much more functionality. There is no reason why you should not be able to change background colours and text colours, and that includes your current version.
Nearly all ecommerce software has bugs, most things that do not work correctly are due to mods and poor hosting.

If SSL is turned on make sure you changed the setting in general settings to reflect it. Are you using shared ssl or dedicated?

It can be done but you would have to change settings in any files that call a file in the admin folder. You could password protect the admin folder through cpanel, that would be easier.
