  1. I'm with you 100%. I can't belive this isn't all over the news sites!
  2. https://www.paypal-businesscenter.com/content/usps-rateservice-changes-%E2%80%93-jan-2013 Yeah, USPS is now broken for me!
  3. I'd do the fix first, so you can do backups of the DB.
  4. Use an FTP client to download the files mentioned, then edit them wit ha text editor per the instructions above and re-upload. Be sure to back up first be fore you overwrite your files.
  5. Nope. I had a client from spain get a shipping error. No countries are set for exclusion. I added Spain manually and it worked :-/
  6. Do I really have to add every country manualy for USPS international shipping? Can't I check abox that says 'allow all' or something? I know it used to allow all.
  7. Here's the error i get: The following errors were detected: Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : File 'stats/logs' does not exist Looks like it's trying to backup the stats directory which is probably casuing issues. I'd recommend either coding it out, or better, give us an option to exclude directories.
  8. Has anyone played with this? I'm on 5.1.1 and don't want to mess with the code if it's not a good idea.
  9. This is super useful info, thank you so much! I'm adding it to my tip list. John, these guys work really hard on this. I can tell there's a language issue, but there's no place to be calling them stupid!
  10. 5.2 on GoDaddy. Should I Switch to 5.3?
  11. Is this a known issue? I'm having it also.
  12. I'm using GoDaddy. No access to upper level folder. Stats folder seems worthless. The Control Panel just shows traffic/bandwidth logs.
  13. It's PHP 5.2...i'll look for other items. Any idea where i'd see an error log via FTP? Looks like I have the option to upgrade to php 5.3.
  14. Thanks anyway! I think you've helped me in the past, too :-).
  15. It had been working correctly. AFAIK, no changes were made. I did delete the cache from the root folder "cache".
  16. No luck. I had tried that already, too, going to /store/admin.php?_g=orders
  17. I've got a store on 5.0.7 and when i try to login, it just goes to a blank page in FF or a 500 error in IE. I've already deleted the contents of the Cache folder t ono avail. Help!
  18. How's 5.0.9 working for you? I'm working on Google Base with it to see how it's working. I'll report back shortly.
  19. Sounds like there is database corruption.
  20. It did work. FYI, Al said this should be fixed in 5.0.9.
