  1. I did the update by unzipping the file, copying the directories and files to internet. I then did store.com/setup/index.php and it ran the update. My problem when I went to check the database files there are a bunch of errors, mostly 2 types. 1. CubeCart_admin_users.admin_id has a key type KEY but expecting PRIMARY. 2. CubeCart_category.cat_parent_id has no key set. Expecting KEY. How do I fix the above database errors? There are 17 errors.   2. bsmither Thank you. That worked. I believe that when I install the next update, I will have to make sure that this file is not overwritten or modify it again in the updated file.
  3. I would like to see the Sales Tax on the Order Inventory Page show the State not the Tax Class and Tax Details. Also need the drop down to show more characters like 50 plus so I can adjust the tax if the client did not select the correct tax (especially if showing Tax Class and Tax Details). This also needs to be accounted for in the Client order page so the correct tax can be selected.
  4. I would like to see the Tax Rules Table to be sorted by State. When I need to make changes to the California Taxes Rates it is hard to locate them except by scrolling the whole list. My Tax Rules/State is State-County-City, i.e. California-Nevada Co.-Truckee. There are so many different tax rates this was the way to get them all accounted for.
  5. devkate - I had to use PayPal Gateway to get to the PayPal screen to processes credit cards as they are my CC processor. So customers can use CC or PayPal to pay for purchases. They do not need a PP account to process a CC.

  9. Thank you. I did add the 12 emails to the Email Skeletons and added the signature change but as you told me previously and I verified you can only check one skeleton at a time which defeats having 12 email skeletons. When I did this I unchecked the Default Emails. Also using the skeletons means that the Translations are not available. I went into Default Emails and changed both the HTML and Plain Text Templates by adding the address and phone number under the signature and before the link. When or how does this show on the 12 emails or will it show at all? Since some of the 12 Email Contents have the old address, will it now show both addresses? Will they ever add a field for the city?   10. Thank you for your reply. So even though there are 12 emails in "Email Contents and Templates" all of which I want to add logo and address to I can only create one. Way back when I was able to add a signature with address to some of the 12 emails. I have moved and need to change those addresses to the new company address. I have been unable to edit those 12 emails as every time I save it reverts to the original email. Is there a way to add/correct that information in the standard emails? Is it possible to change them in "notepad" or a file editor by copying the email to notepad, make the changes and copy it back. I think I might have to do it off line and then replace the emails using FileZilla by deleting the old files and installing the new modified files. Do you think this would work? I suppose if there were an update to emails I would then have edit/copy these emails again. I wish the emails would pick up the data from the store address although there is no city in the store address. I had to include city with the street address. If this is what I need to do where do I find the email files?
  11. I had trouble with this until I found your comments above. I have created new Email Templates so that they show the company logo and the ending with store information. I have checked to not use the default emails and then checked each of the newly created email templates. Only one item remains checked when I save the Dashboard / Documents / Email Contents & Templates / Email Templates. I have moved the check to another check box and add a few more but the only one that saves is whichever is the top one. How do I get all of the newly created email templates to activate?
  12. Under Manage Plugins there are 2 PayPal plugins, PayPal Payment Gateway and PayPal Express Integration. I also found out that PayPal needed to be upgraded which I did with the Token. (Different update for each Plugin so get the correct one.) I have always used the second one but I tried the first one and it is doing what it is suppose to do. You only get offered to Print Form or continue on to PayPal to process credit card. It now does that. Somewhere along the way the processes changed. By using a service such as PayPal one does not take on the liability for the credit card information. PayPal charges 30 USD /month for the service and IMHO well worth it.

  15. It was all installed at one time. Where would I find the gateway and how do I make sure it is working correctly? I went online via FileZilla and Modules/gateway/paypal is there. All my API info,etc is in the Manage Plugins. On the Paypal Plugin I was following IPN URL (optional) and it takes me to the PayPal Pro Hooks page. This page was set up by someone else and I am wondering if something is not set up correctly.
