  1. So I have more development on this, but still no solution. See below a few screenshots of what I am talking about. We have the UPS module in place calculating shipping. When you click on "Checkout" it takes you to Paypal and an "Air Service" charge gets added to it. So after doing some digging, I found this response from Paypal. Not 100% sure I know what it means but here are my Paypal module settings. BTW, what is "Email address override"? It is not listed in the help file for the module. The reason I bring it up like this is that I do not have any shipping methods set up in PayPal itself. When I open the shipping settings, I am greeted with the initial "Get Started" wizard. So this has to be on the CubeCart side.
  2. Hi, Today I noticed a prob while I was filling an order. The problem is coordinating the order invoice produced by Cube cart with Paypal. CC calculates the invoice total price with product price plus a USPS calculated shipping per weight and by destination. This is good. Then the PayPal Braintree module takes that total price of product plus shipping and adds another shipping charge for a different total price. For example; In one order I am looking at, a $22.95 product creates a $16.82 shipping cost in CC plus a PayPal shipping charge of $7.95 for a grand total shipping charge of $24.77 I did not see anything in the PayPal Module itself, so I suspect that it has to do with the actual PayPal account itself. I was just wondering if anyone had any insight into this particular situation because the forums here have really proven themselves useful. Thanks.
  3. Hi, Wanted to thank you for the reply. This got me going. All set now. Thanks again for your help and patience!
  4. Hello, I usually use the UPS shipping module, but UPS has always been too expensive, so I wanted to use USPS instead. I went to the website and set up an account. I have all of my settings in place (I think) but again I am getting the error. Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries See attached screenshot of settings. Any help would once again be appreciated.
  5. I see. That actually explained a lot to me. For the record, I used the 1st option "Disable initial shipping & tax estimates" and it got me to the screen where I was able to choose a shipping option. That being said after estimating a good handling cost, the prices make much more sense to me now. Thank you again for the assistance!
  6. Alright, it looks like it worked. But now how do I calculate handling cost for the extension? because these prices are way off. Is that per lb?
  7. I think that fixed it! I won't know until tomorrow because I can't test it now, but I am no longer getting that error. Thanks for the help!

  10. Hello, I just installed this extension and I have no Idea what I am doing with it. Is there any kind of online documentation?
  11. Hello, after some failed attempts to marry WordPress and CubeCart together, (not that it didn't work, but rather I was not liking the way it operated) I decided I would try my hand at it again at a later date, but for now, I need my store back to normal. Of course, I backed up the website, the store, the databases, and even the files outside of 'public_html'. I was able to FTP the files all back in place no problem. I used PHP MyAdmin to recreate the database structures and import the SQL files. They all seem to have gone through with no errors, but NONE of my images are actually connected to the products anymore. Also, even though my backup files were of v4, everything still looks like v6 (which I updated to BEFORE doing anything WordPress related). I am hosted by BlueHost and any insight you can give me would be appreciated.
