I have a client with exactly the same problem, he is running CC 4.1.0 and it happens with 'SSL' on or off. He has a few emails on the one PayPal account and it make no difference if it's the prime one or not we get the same error. -
For contractual reasons the store is only allowed to ship to customers within the UK and Ireland, what is the easiest way to set this up?
