  1. Support closed my ticket because "we have not received a response from you in 72 hours". Supports only contact with me was to inform me of the closure. Where can I view my tickets? How can I contact support? Support says "If you have any further questions then do let us know." Other than opening another ticket (that will be closed without contacting me...) how? A reply to the Ticket Closed email drew an immediate response letting me know the case was closed. I renamed my install directory and lost my CopyRight License Removal Key. Other than that being quite an odd reaction for a Domain based key, how is one to work with support to obtain services they've paid for?
  2. Thanks rebelo! As a relative newb to CC why does the Upgrade Notification link in my Admin page that drop me on what appears to be the primary download page, but that page does not have the "ChangedFileOnly.zip"?
  3. Well now I don't feel so bad about being confused!! The Admin link that notified me goes to a place that only has the Full Zip (which may be bad) There's a forum post that no one but those in the know will read that links to a changed files only zip and maybe to a good copy of the full zip. This is not linked to from my Admin. And finally the place to download official releases... does not have the upgrade zip or the possibly good full zip. There that allays all my fears about upgrading! (I have serious issues with UPS shipping calculation in 3.0.17 so am very interested in the calc and shipping changes)

  5. How can I upgrade from 3.0.17 to 3.0.18? There is no SQL upgrade and no changelog and I only wish to update the needed files if possible. Thanks
  6. In testing we were able to replicate email notification and actual order differences - when in the orders final stages you are allowed to hit the back button and modify the quantity. We were able to reduce the order count and got an email record "11" when our final order as placed was only "10". Additionally we're havin issues with shipping charges being off for UPS. Working with UPS on that...
  7. Hi Mysty - no Mods (that I recall!) - a tweaked standard skin (graphics & CSS adjustments) - a PHP session wrapper on the entire store that prevents anyone but approved users from seeing prices, registering or purchasing. http://www.luciasimports.com/products
  8. Our first two live orders have a strange issue, the order notification Email and the Admin/Orders page differ on shipping, quantity and comments. First order Quantity - Email shows 11, Admin/Orders shows 10 (yow!) Second order Shipping - Email shows 2nd Day Air, Admin/Orders shows Ground Comments - Email shows comments, Admin/Orders does not. Using CC 3.0.17 with UPS Shipping based on Weight. Baffled, what could be wrong? Where to look?

  10. I changed the install directory of my CC3 install and can no longer log into the admin. I updated the 3 path lines in global.inc.php file and the cart runs well, view products login etc. But no admin. I took a look in the DB but cannot find any reference to the old or new install directory. I get this in Firefox and nothin in IE - request redirects from NEW Directory to this URL and shows a blank page /OLDDIRECTORY/index.php?&ccUser=name&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser=&ccUser= Help!

The name of our business - Lucia's Imports - has an Apostrophe and it fails in pretty much all Cubecart locations whether it's straight text or ASCII character. http://www.luciasimports.com/shop/ - Page Title - Meta tag - Store Name - Email Name - Order Confirmation - Customer emails If I substitute the ASCII ISO 88509 character for apostrophe " ' " some HTML display works but emails and some text then display the raw unparsed ASCII so for now I've just killed it, which naturally is driving us nuts Anyway to mod the code or good workarounds? I need to setup CubeCart like this - General Public can view all Categories and Products - Only registered & approved "Merchants" can place orders, view prices and stock. - In place of a Products Price have a "Merchant Registration" link Mods? Cookies and custom coding? Is this even possible? Alternately is it possible to setup CubeCart with two different "users"? "General public" with pricing X and "Merchants" with pricing Y ? Right now I have a session "wrapper" around the cart so no one can order with a Database username and password combo but customers can still see prices (which are wholesale prices not general public). Thanks!
