  1. These are errors and the log entries I found. I know that the first ones have been explained to me but I can’t remember what I was told. I’m going to start keeping track so I don’t have to ask again. But for now could some please tell me what these mean and if they are anything to worry about. I’ve replaced secure info with xxx.   2. I have just had a query from a customer asking about a recaptcha issue which I think I have fixed by selecting Invisible Recaptcha. Doing this I was able to process a sale. But when I finished with paypal and selected the option to go back to the website, I got the following warning - image attached - and noticed that the item was still in my cart, appearing not to have been purchased/sale completed. I have had a couple of people query this with me, but I do get the order and the $$ in paypal, so I haven't taken much notice - I probably should have. I had an initial issue when my store was upgraded in that it wasn't set up properly with paypal (the upgrade was done by cubecart and seemed to be rectified by them also, months later when I flagged it with them ). Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Is there a reason why the transaction does not go through to "Complete" status on the user end when coming back to my site from Paypal? I am NOT good with anything technical, but if I have very specific instructions I can usually figure it out. If it's not too complicated :). Thanks in advance. Sarah

  4. Good day I installed v6.2.1 and experienced issues which bsmither kindly assisted me in fixing, but now I cannot log into the Admin Control Panel. It just keeps saying "Security Alert. Possible cross site request Forgery (CSRF), I did insert the admin_xxx but it still will not allow me to log in.

  6. I currently organize my images like this in file manager. Folder - Variation of shopping category ex. ashtrays-advertising / in that folder a new folder for the specific item ex. jackson service station vintage ashtray ... in this folder I have the images ex. 01-jackson-service-station-vintage-advertising-ashtray-front.jpg. I can change the name of the actual image and even put it in a different folder. I was wondering if there was any way to change the name of the two folders mentioned above without having to delete the old folders and starting from scratch. There's not an edit box like on the actual image page - just a garbage can. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
  7. I'm building a site for a friend who is based in the US, and I'm a little confused about the best options for shipping out orders. The store will ship DVDs and Blu-rays mainly to the US, but also worldwide. I guess USPS would be best? Does this work on "By Weight", or is there a better way to set this up.
  8. I've received two orders recently that seem odd (they might not be, it may be me!). My store is V6.2.0 One has completed the PayPal transaction OK and I've been paid and this is listed as Processing One has not completed the checkout via PayPal, I've not been paid and this is listed as Pending. The customer did not get an order confirmation email. This seems odd behaviour compared to what happens ordinarily. Any ideas?

  10. I added this to the post: stock quantities dont change By JoshuaH, May 17 in Technical Support but I think I want to make it a new post with more clarification. I run 6.2.0 and sold something that I originally had a stock level of 4. It was late and I just saw the emails, didn’t go into admin to see details. This morning I was setting up an account for the customer and noticed that my admin shows 3 in stock which is correct since I sold one BUT the store website says I still have 4 in stock! After reading the above post, I went back to admin and clicked the gray cache button and it changed to 3 in stock. Are we going to have to remember to click the cache button everytime we get an order? What if we are away from the computer like I was when the order is placed and someone places another order for the entire wrong amount of stock?

  12. For the last 3 months I have been using invisible reCAPTCHA without any issues at all and over the weekend it has turned it self off. I am referring to the setting in Store Settings>Features then under Bot Protection the field ' Enable Google reCAPTCHA' automatically changes to 'Off (Not Recommended)'. I then change it back to 'Invisible reCAPTCHA * (Recommended)' Roughly 20 minutes later I refresh the page and the setting is changed to Off again. I have put a new site and secrete key in but it is still happening. I am using retail therapy skin on version 6.2.0-b1
  13. I just upgraded to 6.2 from 6.1. I did a manual FTP upload as the auto installer would not upload. After the upload, I entered my website https://theflylingkolache.com/setup, the website automatically set itself up and is now in 1 large straight line downward. My 3 pictures that scrolled across the screen are now one on top of the other. Where I used to have 3 items across along with new items and best sellers, they are now one on top of each other. Is this an easy fix? I guess I could always try and restore the old version. Thanks, -Harvey
  14. Today I recieved a email form the stores email to my admin email that I didn't send my self with some type of russian letters. I'm the only admin. This is some of the email... "SEOcax <[email protected]> escribió a Oportunidades de negocios (Business opps): --------------- рекомендации по продвижению сайта - seorussian.ru" Me email is registered in the stores email log. I'm running latest version. (think I upgrades on the 14th.) All ready changed passwords. Has someone else had this problem? Fixes? recommendations?
  15. Every time I try to login as a customer to test my site, it gives me either a blank page (in Safari) or a HTTP error 500 (in Chrome) when I enter my credentials. Any idea on why this might be? Or how to fix? It might be worth mentioning that I am running 6.1.12, not sure if upgrading will fix the issue. Any and all help is very much appreciated. Thanks.
  16. Really like v6.2.0. It's been a journey getting it working, but orders are coming in. Latest issue is the order notification email is not sending until the order is moved to processing. How would I change that so the email is sent once the order is received into the system? I am using Brian Smither's Dropship Products plugin to notify manufacturer/departments that they have products ordered. This plugin runs when the order is moved from "pending" to "processing" and is working correctly.... It's the initial email that an order has arrived that is not delivering as soon as the check out is completed. Right now we need to check the Dashboard > Orders to see if any orders have been received. Thoughts? As always, thank you very much for any assistance. Randall
  17. Since upgrading to 6.2, I've noticed that the google categories for our products have been slowly disappearing. It seems, when you edit an item, although you can select the category, when it's saved the value is cleared. So in effect every time you edit an item the previous category is deleted. As an experiment, I tried using the demo cubecart store on cubecart.com and it does the same thing .. Of course, it could be something I've done. Mike.

  19. Hi Coders! I am in the need of a couple of modifications. The website concerned is http://www.firstchoicemobility.com I currently have a large dropdown menu that works fine apart from when the web browser is resized. the text then gathers up on the left hand side. Apparently this is because the coding used (Isotope) for the menu should not be used like that so there is no fix. So I would like a new menu created the same without the browser resizing issue. The ability to print off or save a PDF of a product page (I have a sample of what i would like the layout to look like) The ability to re-order images to display on the product page in the order i wish.   21. Hi First time posting, so please bear with me if i missing anything.... I have been having issues with CubeCart SMTP functionality. When filling in the form for the mail settings, and then sending a test email, I get an error saying "could not connect to server". This has had me stumped for a couple of days - until I realised that the tests are not trying to connect with the host that I have specified in the SMTP host field. I use office 365 SMTP so their mail server is smtp.offic365.com which uses TLS and port 587. However, every time I verify these details and attempt a test email - I get a response from the server where the website is hosted on - not office 365's mail server. I have raised this with the web host provider, and they have assured me that because I am specifying the host "smtp.office365.com", the problem isnt with their server.... I feel like i'm going round in circles, but the SMTP response deffinitely does not come from the server I put in to the smtp host section in CubeCart. Just for the records, I've also tried googles smtp server and that doesnt go through either... that also responds with my hosts server - not the one I enter in the smtp host box on CubeCart....   22. ISSUE RESOLVED - see final posts. Hi, I've created a backup and got a file called "database_full_6.0.12_mravico_shop_10May18-212618.sql.zip" which shows in my Admin panel, and I have downloaded. I tried to do a manual upgrade to the latest version (v6.2.0 from a zip file I'd downloaded) and it didn't go right. My site is now inaccessible and I can't get the backup restored. I've tried various things around the Backup / Restore function in CubeCart Admin panel as well as cPanel - no luck. Help! Thanks...
  23. I first noticed a problem this morning when I noticed an order had been placed at 09:34 but I had not received any email notifications. On looking at the order it stated in the transaction log “Unspecified error” under Notes. On looking at the System Error Log there were a number of entries. See attached. I have sent a test email which I receive and it appears in the email log. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.
  24. Anyway to fix this without doing a clean install please? Has happened on 2 sites. I thought I'd fixed one as I ended up with all the new acp features but then got locked out on login by CSRF warning. Eventually did a clean install to fix. Email also broken as per screenshot. Thanks
  25. Hi, I have an eshop and I would like to add the option " no shipping " for the customers who would like to come to pick up their items in the shop. Should I download an extension or it possible to set it in the admin control panel.
