Hi, I've seen someone had same issue with updated to latest version, I followed instructions via FTP to update, when i add item to basket and try to click on it i get: /# instead of redirecting link. Currently i'm using faundation skin from 6.1.15 which seems to work but there is system error msg : File: [cubecart.class.php] Line: [1280] "SELECT `I`.`product_id`, `C`.`cat_name` FROM `CubeCart_category_index` AS `I` INNER JOIN `CubeCart_category` AS `C` ON `I`.`cat_id` = `C`.`cat_id` WHERE `I`.`product_id` IN (218) AND `primary` = 1 ;" - Table 'xxxxx.CubeCart_category_index' doesn't exist I guess it might be due to faundation skin used from previous version.

Hi, I have make an upgrade from version 6.1.4 to version 6.2.0 The update is make with the default Foundation skin. After the update is the new functions not active. With a new installation with version 6.2.0 works it correct. With kind regards, Martin Verkerk

Just a thought - that way, we could list upcoming items for which we do not have the full details, and adding to cart before we have set a price. This would then allow the product images to fit within the template grid, without having to resort to using a document set-up.

We're very shortly moving our shop to a new server, and in the process, updating CC from the aged 6.06 (yes, I know...) to the most recent version. My assumption is that the process, simplified, should go more or less as follows: 1. Take backups of existing site. 2. Re-acquaint self with code modifications, and the reasons for them. 3. Install old version of CC on new server. 4. Import site from backups. 5. Re-apply code mods. 6. Ensure site is working and take more backups. 7. Update CC to the latest version. 8. Re-apply code mods. 9. Update plugins. Am I missing anything crucial? Is there a setting somewhere to enable adding an SSL logo?

I've now changed our site to SSL, but when activated the browser shows an alert indicating that parts of the site (images etc) are not secure. How do I fix this? Thanks.

What is the default font and size used inFoundation? I'd like to match my own copyright text to match the rest of the site. Is there a way to add product images to a documents file so they scale in a responsive manner, as per the homepage's main template grid? When using foundation skin on mobile device, view product. No field to enter purchase quantity. If the product has a minimum quantity set to greater than 1, then there is no apparent way for the shopper to add the product to the basket since the (hidden) default value is 1. I just updated to Invisible reCAPTCHA (or so I thought), but when I look at my site, it is still using reCAPTCHA v2. Hello, I'm doing some backups before running an upgrade as I am on version 6.1.8. I use the CubeCart admin menu to navigate to Advanced:Maintenance and then click the backup tab. The tab shows two backup buttons. When I click either of them, a red bar appears on the top of the screen. It says "Error: Backup failed". I navigate to the logs section in Advanced:Error Log to see what's happening, but both the Admin and the System logs are empty. I'm a bit stuck with finding the issue behind this. I did check that my cubecart user has access to the backup directory in my store directory structure. but what else could it be?

I have CubeCart v6.1.14 installed and my server is currently running MySQL v5.1.73 (even though cubecart.com says 5.5 minimum) I understand that you should not upgrade directly from 5.1 to 5.7, but should go 5.1 to 5.5, then 5.5 to 5.6, then 5.6 to 5.7. However Plesk does not yet support 5.7, so I won’t be going that far. 1/ What do I need to do with my CubeCart database if my server is upgraded from MySQL 5.1 to MySQL v5.5? and then... 2/ What do I need to do with my CubeCart database if my server is upgraded from MySQL 5.5 to MySQL v5.6?

This is just one of those annoying things that can bug the bejeebers out of a person. I have quite a few zones in AIOS and when I go to edit or add rates to a particular zone this is what I see. Anyway to perhaps get the zone I'm editing on its own line. Thanks in advance!

CubeCart has been working great for me. However, I just received an order whose Order Status is "pending" instead of "processing". I log into my Payeezy Gateway and don't see the transaction at all. I am trying to figure out what happened. There's no record of it in the Transaction Log or Error Log. Just a pending transaction in Orders. Does this typically mean the transaction was declined? Or does it indicate something else? What else can I check? Thanks, Steve

Just installed Cubecart, but in the store settings menu I cant change any settings. every time I click the save button the screen loads a plain white page with no means to go, I click back and refresh the admin page and none of the settings have changed. this is a brand new install, and i've installed this twice on two different servers and both do it

Love Cubecart! I am only using CubeCart as a catalog, but I'm trying to add a simple Form CGI POST script for a 'Buy Now' button in the Product Description. This will send a very small amount of product information to my bolt-on commerce cart (Americommerce). This works great in all of my websites (including Joomla Virtuemart), but within CubeCart it does nothing when I click on the 'Buy Now' button. I imagine this may have to do with the 'security token' sanitizer. Is there anyway to simply make a call to my bolt-on commerce cart using CGI script? It's always been so easy within HTML and other PHP -based websites... works like a charm on all form data. Any help would be appreciated. PS.The reason I use the bolt-on cart to manage my commerce is that I have many websites being hosted across many domains. I don't want to setup a new commerce system for each website. I use a single bolt-on commerce system across all websites to manage shipping, customer communications, etc. from Americommerce without logging into 20 different instances of a shopping cart to do the same thing.

This morning from out of nowhere, when trying to add products as well as several other admin tasks I keep getting redirected to the storefront url and the job that I was trying to do doesn't save. This can be adding a product or even trying to view the php info page, its happened when altering shipping rates in AIO Shipping extension too. Nothing else has changed since I last logged in yesterday, I thought it might be the update to 6.1.14 but I did that this morning after having the problems and it still does the same thing??? there is nothing in the error log either. I'm totally puzzled. Any ideas???

Hi, I just got a Samsung Android tablet and I was wondering if anyone used a tablet like this to work on their site. Some example: upgrade to latest CC version, list a product, change code. I have never used a table for anything before so please roll your eyes but help me if you can. What app do you use to edit the php html? Any other information I should know?
