The info about v6 says you can use your old skins, but I want to be sure that v6 is compatible with Fusion and Blueprint. I do intend to change to a modified Foundation skin in time, but there's no timetable for that. I have to learn a lot and modify a lot before I will make MY Foundation live.

1. What is Fuzzy Time? Mine is set to %H%M. Where is this used, and when is it to be used? 2. How is the ProductFeedAccess Password used?

I'm working on modifying my renamed Foundation skin. So far I have most of the text color changes made to suit me. That I can handle, thanks to Firebug. I've played a bit with changing the size of the columns, and I do pretty well for the full screen look. But I run into trouble with all the if's for small, etc. Also, I want all the right column swapped to the left. Any explanation for how to accomplish the column changes and switching the sidebar boxes would be appreciated.

I have enabled PayPal Pro for my checkout, however I can't seem to process credit cards via PayPal. It shows a separate line for credit cards and it doesn't move them to a secure PayPal page. It pulls up another page on my site, which isn't secure and I have no idea why it's there, what it would use to process the cards or how to get rid of it.. Can someone help me? Hi, I am trying to install CC691b for evaluation. I am running CC4 something in production on a hosted service and I have previously installed CC5 for evaluation successfully. Installation platform is OS X running Mavericks. MySQL 5.6.22 is installed and running. phpmyadmin can connect to MySQL. - I believe this means that the Apache, PHP and MySQL installations are acceptable. I have created a user atomacom with phpmyadmin - with a known password ( i.e. I am cutting and pasting the password to create the user and configure) - the user has access for all databases. I have created a database cc601b User atomacom has all permissions for the database but no administrator permissions. The setup dialog for CC6 runs successfully up to the database settings step, whereupon I stall with: - Incorrect database host, username and/or password. I have restarted it several time so it gets to repeat its checks - everything is green up to this point. The values I am using are: Database Settings: - Database host: localhost - Username: atomacom - Password: <paste from same source that created the account> - Database Name: cc601b - Table Prefix: cc601b Store Settings: - Default Language: English <this is not pre-initialised to its only possible value, even when page is represented for correction and the value was set previously> - Default Currency: AUD Administrator Profile - User name: admin (a user that has not been created - I believe this is a CubeCart internal user) - Password: <same as above> - Other details probably not relevant here Advance Settings; - Drop Tables Not selected (this is a new database and user) Any thoughts about what might be causing the problem?

Most of the 5.2.14 to 5.2.15 changes seem to be minor text changes, etc. Would it be possible with this update to make edits to existing 5.2.14 without running the setup at all??? Are there any database changes? I do see there is a new file to be added in skin and admin skin folders.

Hi, hoping someone may be able to help with this..... I have created unique coupon codes that give customers a % discount on goods (but NOT on postage/shipping), but on running a couple of test coupons before going "live" with them, I've discovered that for UK and EU sales, the store is not calculating the VAT correctly when a discount code is used. Updating the basket after entering the discount code results in the correct % discount being deducted from the subtotal amount, but it does NOT at the same time recalculate the VAT - thus the VAT is still being charged on the full non-disounted price, so the customer is being over-charged on the VAT. For example, if a customer in the UK or EU orders an item with a £60 retail price (inc VAT @ 20%), the subtotal will show £50 (the ex-VAT price) plus the £10 VAT as a separate item. Inputting a 20% discount code causes the store to take 20% off the ex-VAT subtotal, just as it should, reducing that to £40 - but it leaves the VAT figure at the incorrect £10, rather than recalculating is to £8 as it should now be. Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong, and how to correct it? Thanks in advance! Jon.

Well, when I installed CC5 and used the skins with CC5 I had no issues with this. Now I am using a different skin, and I want to be able to have some very simple boxes added to the side bar. I have read a couple of posts based on how to create boxes, but for some reason I can't get it to work. When I add straight HTML to the main.php file I do not get the formatting for the box. So basically, I need help. My boxes will not contain anything specific to the site functions. The box will be visible to everyone, and it will be static, no dynamic functioning to it at all. But I want to be able to add more than one box so I am trying to create a simple template. The box creating method I was trying to do is at this link: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>(bsmither's post) Upon trying this it crashed my site so I was unsuccessful. Can someone explain what I need to do? There is an attachment picture. When I add HTML the html is obviously seen (This was for demo purposes). I am trying to get it to look like the other boxes, title in grey and content. I want it to look like "On Sale" or "Shop by Category" just with my content inside.

Howdy.... I have a quick question. I sell tangible goods in my cubecart store and I my issue isn't so much knowing when to re0order my goods as CC does a good job keeping track of all that. I guess my issue is that I do not use any software like Quickbooks to handle the inventory money making side of things. How do you keep track of the money you make from your sales so you know how much of that to spend on reordering more product? Here's an example. Let's say I sell $100 worth of a product (broken out into four $25.00 increments) and it costs $50 to reorder more of that product. How do you guys keep track of when you've made enough from a product that you're not dipping into your pockets? This is over simplified and probably doesn't make sense the way I described it, but it's hard to explain. Anyone?

I am manually linking to a few areas using links like index.php?_a=addressbook Is there an SEO URL associated with these type of links instead? - does anyone have a list? I remember using an older CubeCart (maybe a v3) where using these URLs they would automatically be converted to the SEO URL if available... was that default functionality or was that a plugin/hack doing that? Looking at the accounts page all the links are like this: index.php?_a=profile index.php?_a=addressbook index.php?_a=logout search, etc. Just seems a bit messy when all the other links across the whole website are in the nice SEO format.

If you have a lot of pages the pagination adds the text '...' in between the next link and the last page link. How can I remove it? I can't see anything in element.paginate.php that does this?

I have been messing around with the Mican:Black templates, but I am pretty sure that's not what caused this. It showed up after I clicked save from the main page of admin.php?_g=documents. I tried disabling all the documents & saving, re-enabling > saving, clearing all the caches, turning off caching, and it won't go away. It must be a background image because nothing is select-able, and possibly supposed to be in a hidden block? It shows up in multiple browsers. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

This question has been asked in previous posts and no answer was given in either of the posts I found. I want to be able to add a different Product Code to a Product Option. I cannot seem to this. Example Product Option Code Widget X Red Red-X Black Black-X Right now if I add an option to a particular product, the item is assigned one product code. I need a different code for each option. My alternative is to create a separate product to assign a different code. That is what I am trying to avoid. If anyone could help I would truly appreciate it.

Hello brainiacs! I am unable to access the maintenance tab (or related functions, like clear cache link via debug) in admin at all. I get a 500.0.0 error. Everything else seems to be working fine. The error from the logs is - 500 0 0 672 497 812. I am currently using the Lite version of the software to see if I can get it to work for us. We are a small services based company and only have a couple of services that could be considered "products" with fixed prices, I need to figure out a solution to be able to charge (bill) CC customers for service work completed via FirstData gateway, cheaply and safely. I have spent days trying to look for this, but the internet is totally flooded with hosted/expensive solutions. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Is this a special mod or something to activate? Should we use some third party software for this? Hi Is anyone aware of a mod, or how to configure any of the pre-installed shipping options, to achieve the result previously available when you purchased Goober's v5 plugin for Shipping by Item? I have lost my licence key & now can't use it, nor can I contact Goober/Alex. The module allowed you to define shipping rates by individual item whilst also allowing discounts for multiple quantities of that specific rates - you could also link shipping rates to products within specific categories (which is how I had my shop set up).
