  1. Hi all, Is there a way to add images down the side of the page content ?
  2. Firstly, I am so so sorry if this has already been asked before, I have trawled the forum and couldn't see anything similar. I am creating a website providing for several clubs. I have 3 delivery options, but not all clubs use all three. For example, for members of one club they want me to provide Home delivery (£5), collect from their club HQ (Free), and collect from my shop (Free). For another club they may only want collect from their club HQ. Do any of the shipping extensions allow this configuration by product or category. I can see the 'by category' option, but it looks like i can only choose one delivery method then adjust cost. I want to present the customers with the delivery options approved by their club.   3. I am hosting on a GoDaddy site and was able to install CubeCart easily. I also opened up a series of permissions just to be safe since this is not online yet. I have a series of products completely setup, images, documents, etc. I have tried to install the USPS extension, then the All In One Shipping extension, and also the Authorize.net Gateway. I have installed both manually and with the Token. When I go to the "Manage Extensions", there are no extensions showing. I have cleared cache and nothing shows up. When I did the "Thunderbolt installs", the page just goes to blank and nothing happens. Any Ideas for this? Jim
  4. Looking for a shipstation API plug-in. I contacted shipstation and they do not offer an automated connection for Cubecart and was told a third party programmer would have to do this. Is there anyone out there that has connected to shipstation successfully to push and pull orders, status, etc? If not, can I request this as an extension?
  5. We're looking to extend our cubecart install to handle our equivalent to serial numbers and warranties. Manufacturers are responsible for dropshipping and we'd like to give them the ability to assign a serial from an existing pool of numbers to the product they ship. We offer a one year warranty on the products and would like to notify customers that their one year is coming up for renewal. Currently, we send an email at 30 days, 15 days, and 5 days as a renewal. What we would like to have is this same functionality but have the reminder emails stop if they renew/repurchase. Please send me an email and/or a PM so we can discuss costs and delivery times required.
  6. Hi, Would anyone know whether John at Cubehelper.com is still working ? I am interested in his Automated Follow Up Email for Completed Orders v6.x , http://cubehelper.com/store608/automated-follow-up-email-for-completed-orders-v6-x.html but impossible to contact him via his website contact form as the recaptcha V1 is shutdown. I managed to find an email address for him to be [email protected] in theory but no response. Any assistance would be appreciated. Many thanks S.
  7. Afther the upgrade CC 6.2.2 don't work Live Help anymore with the Foundation skin. I have the same problem with Zendesk. Hi All, (well, one for the UK Merchants really) Is anyone familiar with the Royal Mail "Despatch Manager Online" https://www.royalmail.com/corporate/services/despatch-manager-online or Royal Mail Click and Drop https://www.royalmail.com/sites/default/files/Connecting your Shopify store to Click and Drop_0.pdf . (I think DMO is being phased out in favour of the new Click and Drop). It has the ability to link to an existing ecommerce store and sync orders / book delivery with royal mail services. It comes with existing integrations for Amazon, BigCommerce, ebay, shopify and Magento. A friend of mind who uses shopify says it works flawlessly and saves loads of time. An API is available for additional ecommerce integrations, and there is loads of help files for development. Is anyone looking to add this extension?, I would consider sponsoring the development as I think for UK customers it would be a great addition. Thanks in advance, Rob

Hi, For customers like us using Royal Mail, we have serious problems ahead as Royal Mail now wants all customs forms outside the EU electronically as from 1st January 2019 ! see https://www.royalmail.com/business/services/sending/international-data/more-information If we don't, it will cause delays and the US for instance is saying that they will start charging fees to our customers once the bill is passed. Brazil and Russia have already stated that they will not accept any parcels as of this date is the customs form is not digital .... (https://www.royalmail.com/business/services/sending/international-data/more-information) There is no integration available right now and Al tells me it is rather complex so will not develop one. Royal Mail is pushing for Click and Collect but even then you need to be able to import your orders into Royal Mail's website as an excel or cvs file. At the moment Cubecart cannot do that either ..... Someone else earlier this year was asking the same question but apparently only a V5 was available, see Can I please ask all developers to re-think this one, it is critical right now for all Royal Mail customers like us.   10. Hi all. I'm new here. I've recently installed the Noodleman Skin onto my website. I dont know how to remove the "About Noodleman" heading and text below it on my desktop site.   11. I want to connect my Point of Sale System with cubecart. Where can I find an API to link both system together
  12. do you have any recommendations for an shipping mod that is product specific? We have items that typically don't weigh a lot but are high dollar and need to be insured. We want to factor that in automatically, any thoughts? We have a large contrast some items cost $1200 and some $2.50 so I want to make sure shipping cost and item insurance is accounted four.
  13. Is it necessary to define allowed zones with PayPal Payment Standard? If I leave it as is, all countries will be allowed zones?
