baked potato
Oh, i thought it let you put them in the order you wanted, not just ascending and descending by some category. Thanks anyway.
Guest
It lets you put your categories and sub-categories in any order you choose, but for products, you have a choice of 11 different sort orders....soon to be 12.
baked potato
Is there any way to put the products in any order I choose? I can sorta do this in sql but its pretty lame and makes me want to throw my laptop.
Guest
Not currently no, not without rearranging your database specifically. While I've thought about adding specific product ordering, it becomes interesting when you consider that products can be in multiple categories. So until I workout exactly how to accomplish it, I have 12 sort order options.
baked potato
I wasn't aware that the same item could be listed in multiple areas. That would be good for my setup as well.
