Guest bennyuk
The short answer is YES it's possible, but would be VERY expensive (your time or money) The long answer involves how much of the alienware site's functionality do you want to include. The tabbed product details and product configure tools would all be exrta work. The drop down menu's the support area are all no standard items. You need to work out exactly which parts of the site you wish to ,,er,,,copy... It would be a major coding job and a major graphics job. If you are good at both of these then you should be able to get close. If you want someone else to do it then you will need a good budget (impossible to say without a full brief) If you went to a web design agency (yes, I am one of those) and just said how much for a site that looks and functions like alienware, I certainly wouldn't say £100 for cube cart, plus a bit more for some mods. I'd be saying that it's a bespoke solution that at a guestimate would cost way into a 4 figure budget. (think of the graphics, the content, the flash, etc). It's a massive project, but like I said, it's possible.
Guest
thanks for the response would you have any clues on how to achive such a site with most of alienware features.
Guest bennyuk
First list the features you want, in detail then work out what's possible with default CC Then work out addtions to make extra features possible Then look at the layout and graphic options and create html templates for each section, so the code can be transposed into cubecart. Guest
thankyou bennyuk that will be of great assistance
Guest ColeFlournoy
Hi -- it wouldn't be that hard at all. I don't think people understand how you can simply drop cube cart features into an existing page.
Guest bennyuk
As for the tabs -- there is a free mod for that. If there's a mod to do tabs within product details like alienware example here here (bottom half of page) I'd like to see it.
Guest
is this posibble to do in CC3
Guest aikdo
That would be possible with a little work on the product options code... But that would be your hardest task. The Tabs Mod is simple but has the basis to be inhanced. with a slight bit of inhancement it would look the same yes.

Goobers got it: Check it out here - http://www.alexgoldberg.com/cubemods/index...rod&productId=5 Goober makes great mods, and is very trustworthy. He also has a free mod for two rows of tabbed catagories.
