I just recently upgraded to 3.0.6 and it fixed all of my problems but left me with this small one. I am using the Legend Template. The tables seem to not be fixed and stretch through the background of the page. Take a look at http://www.kidkraftunlimited.com. I just did that any having issues with all my document pages not looking right and the alignment of the boxes are off like yours as well.
