How did you install cubecart? Was it via fantastico?

If so you need to get yourself an ftp client such as cuteftp (download.com) you can get a trail version of it. Then you need to input your sever details ie your ftp address (usually ftp.yoursite.com) your username & password, these should be on your cpanel & are usually the same as your cpanel username & password (in my experience anyway).

ok i downloaded an FTP, now how do I get the "topHeader.gif" into the skins folder, is there another trick to save ths image?

It is hard because although most of us like to help, there are few or none of us who have time to teach you how to use ftp.

Your ftp program provider should have help files about using their program.

Your isp or web host provider can instruct you on how to get the ftp program to connect to your site.

Your ftp program should have two major window panes - one for your computer, one for your website. You can navigate to folders on your pc in one window, and navigate to folders on your website in the other window. You can then move files back and forth between your computer and your website.

That is about all the information I can give you, since this is a CubeCartâ„¢ forum, not an ftp client forum. For more specific details, contact your ftp help files, your ftp provider and your web host company.

If Bluehost is your isp then there is a very good ftp program in the cp in FTP manager called unlimited ftp. This allows you to use the ftp program from the server which works very well.
